We are a well established foreign conglomerate having business interest in Oil Palm Plantations, Breweries, Financial Services and Leisure. PT. Agro Harapan Lestari is the Groups’ plantations in Indonesia who has a land bank in excess of 60,000 hectares of plantations and mills in Kalimantan Tengah and Kalimantan Timur. In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals to be based in Jakarta and Kalimantan.
I.Assistant Account - (Kalimantan Tengah)
Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly financial statements on a fully computerized environment and the required reconciliation on a regular basis
* Prepare operational and statutory payments
* Carry-out Creditors and Debtors management activities
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Male candidates required to be placed at plantation in remote area (Kalimantan)
* Required skill(s): Accounting.
* Preferred skill(s): Oracle environment.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Kalimantan.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
* Jobs available in contract-based term.
* Qualifications in IT will be an added advantage
* Should demonstrate previous experience in ERP/computerized environment, working with packages such as Oracle financials will be a distinctive advantage

II.Assistant Manager Internal Audit - (Kalimantan Tengah - Kalimantan)
Responsibilities:
* Develop monitoring program and coordinate team to conduct the programs to ensure the policies and procedures that help ensure management directives are carried out properly.
* Assess and test the effectiveness of the existing controls, policies and procedures.
* Identify potential risk from the evaluation of the existing system and control, and assess the implication to the operation and financial.
* Prepare “system and control gap” analysis and propose suggestion for improvement.
* Develop monitoring program and coordinate team in performing regular physical check on the Company’s properties.
* Review the Company’s procedures in safeguarding its properties, procedures for transfers.
* Prepare report on the regular physical check of properties
* Carry out independent review on the efficiency of utilization of assets, maintenance of assets in good condition, reviewing replacement cycle.
* Review to ensure new /cost efficient assets/equipments are adequately evaluated by commercial / operating functions prior to purchasing.
* Develop monitoring program and coordinate team in performing the programs to assess potential osses those may be incurred or has been incurred because of inefficiency in the Company’s operation.
* Develop monitoring program and coordinate team in performing the programs for specific project or program to ensure that the on-going project is still as planned and consistent with the objective.
* Assess the results of the project and evaluate reasons of inefficiency and deficiency in achieving objective, goals and target of the project.
* Assist the team in performing analytical procedures on the financial and operating information and in obtaining information on any identified unusual position.
* Monitor and review the effectiveness of the risk management process at sector /SPU level.
Requirements:
* Male
* Ready to be placed at Kalimantan (Plantations)
* Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting and any Business discipline
* Minimum 5 years experience in audit practice related field (external/internal audit)
* Familiar with oracle, and other ERP environment
* Willing to travel a lot to Plantation throughout the Agro Group areas
* Fluent in English both in speaking and report writing
* Has a good computer skill and analytical review
* Hold CIA or BAP certificate is advantage
* Experiences in audit plantation companies (PMA is advantage)

III.Assistant Internal Audit - (Kalimantan Tengah)
Responsibilities:
* Conduct review programs to ensure the policies and procedures that help ensure management directives are carried out properly.
* Perform test of control by conducting physical check on the Company’s properties and follow up procedures in safeguarding of the assets.
* Conduct review programs to assess potential loss may be incurred or has incurred because of inefficiency in the Company’s operation.
* Conduct review control implementation during the project period for certain project or program to ensure that the on-going project is still as planned and consistent with the objective.
* Perform analytical procedures on the financial and operating information and obtain information on any identified unusual position.
* Implement all relevant EHS policies, procedures and SOPs.
* Implement relevant EHS improvement program to meet company objective and target.
Requirements:
* Male
* Ready to be placed at Central Kalimantan (Plantations)
* Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Finance/Accounting from reputable university
* Min 3 years relevant experience in internal audit practice, especially for plantation company
* Experience in IT Audit is advantage
* Having Internal Audit certification is also advantage
* Detail & accurate, good analytical skill
* Good in writing audit report in English, speak as well.
* Willing to station in plantation site
IV.Assistant Transport - (Kalimantan Tengah)
Responsibilities:
* To assist the Transportation Manager in monitoring and maintaining flow of motorized equipment and its maintenance to assist various departments in running their day to day function.
* Manage all activities relating to inbound & outbound logistics including necessary documentation
* JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To Oversee the movement and allocation of light and heavy vehicles for various activities and job
- To ensure that the vehicle turn-a-round time is closely monitored and action taken wherever required
- To co-ordinate with workshop management to get the vehicles repaired fast to ensure that optimum usage of vehicles
- To ensure that own vehicles are used for most profitable activities and vehicles hiring is considered as last option
- To develop a network of suppliers from whom we could hire and rent heavy and light vehicles when required
- To report on daily basis the performance of own fleet of vehicles, including the following among and many others
+ Mileage/kilometers done
+ Number of Trips
+ Cost per kilometer
+ Fuel consumption
- To ensure that services and other routine maintenance of those vehicles are done at the right time
- To ensure that overloading of vehicles are not done
- To ensure accuracy of the reports and details
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Finance or related professional qualifications in supply-chain management
* Min 2 years experience managed transportation & logistics in remote locations
* Fluent both written & oral in English
* Computer literacy is a must
* Willing to be place in Kalimantan
V.Estate Manager - (Kalimantan)
Responsibilities:
* Manage estate activities under his supervision in accordance with the group plantation policies and ensure that it is maintained in good agricultural condition.
* Responsible for the execution of the budget program for the estate. Regularly monitor productivity of harvesters and overall productivity in terms of executing budget programs, and devise and implement operational tactics to improve same.
* Maintain proper coordination between the estate and the mill, ensure adequate operational controls exists at plantation level to ensure crop quality, and wastages and losses are minimised, ensuring the target yield levels are achieved from each of the plantation fields coming under his estate.
* Ensure proper allocation of labour, estate vehicles and other equipment among the different divisions and different activities so that the optimum level of productivity is achieved from the utilisation of the available resource to their maximum.
* Ascertain the requirement of plantation materials, timely ordering & ensure their proper utilisation and maintenance of records relating to the material utilisation.
* Provide routine reports & estate level performance/progress reports and other agronomy data to the Management on a regular basis.
* Ensure that the estate staff are motivated and disciplined.
Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or related disciplines
* Minimum of 6 to 8 years experience in a well-known plantation company, with atleast 2 years of managerial experience
* Good technical background in the related fields
* Preferred age between 35 – 45 years
* Good command in Indonesian & English languages both oral and written is a must
* Strong leadership qualities, self motivated, positive attitude & high level people managment skills
* Ability to work independently, is well - organized, performance-oriented, meticulously detailed, strong analytical skills & ability to work as part of a team
