Our client, one of the leading multinational companies in the fast moving consumer goods industry, is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the following position:

I.Regulatory Affairs Manager – (Jakarta Raya – Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Manage regulatory affairs on registration process to comply with Indonesian regulation and meet with registration.
* Well developed, advanced knowledge, and skills for assisting with the registration process in ensuring approvals of new products and amendments to products.
* Provide advice to marketing and other related departments on outlining registration component needs and timing.
* Maintain currency on regulatory conditions.
* Responsible for assisting Scientific & Regulatory Affairs Director in all compliance activities which could include reviewing internal processes, documents and reports, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory framework.
* Role encompasses complex investigations, analysis and advisory activities in relation with product registration, product claim, product advertisement, etc.
* Communicate future technical or regulatory hurdles in order to avoid business interruptions.

Requirements:

* Having at least 3 or 4 years of experience with the last position as Assistant Manager or Manager.
* Present a Bachelor or Professional degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry from prestigious local/overseas universities.
* Preferably honed in a multinational and/or local FMCG manufacturing set-up.

II.Project Manager – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

Directly accountable to COO, you will be responsible to lead the project team as you support the company’s various Heads of Businesses. Your ability to manage project resources, project milestones, budget and people would be highly required for this role.

Requirements:To best fit, you should present a total of 7-10 years experience, with a minimum of 4-5 years experience as a Project Manager ideally honed from multinational BANKS, INSURANCE AND FINANCIAL SERVICE organizations. Possessing a Bachelor’s Degree from reputable universities, you must present the following credentials:

• Effective Project Management abilities as you manage project resources, budget, timeline, people encompassing the areas of: scope management, time management, cost management, resource management and risk management.
• Positive people skills and effective communication skills as you will interact across functions and across various levels within the organization;
• Excellent management and organizational skills;
• Outstanding customer service skills;
• Able to collaborate with outside vendors and internal staff;
• Must be knowledgeable about current technology issues and be able to think strategically;
• Demonstrated professional attitude, can submit deliverables despite pressure and tight deadlines in a fast – paced environment;
• Must be self-driven, self motivated, result-oriented, customer service-oriented, while being an effective team player.

Your experience and knowledge in PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, E-BANKING, SIX SIGMA and other product/process related projects would be deemed as pluses.

III.Sales Promotions Manager – (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

* S-1 graduate from business/information technology (MBA is preferable)
* 2-3 years of experience as Trade Marketing Manager/Brand Manager/Key Accounts Manager (both open trade and modern channel is preferable) in FMCG Company.
* Experience in managing relations with third parties.
* Hand on experience of presentation to small and large groups of people with visual aids appropriate for the audience and content.
* Retail account experience in fast moving consumer goods will be a plus.
* Strong in numerical analysis and likes detail.
* Develops and communicates a vision and strategy to enable field promotional resources to support strategic and operating goals of the business.
* Understands overall brand objectives and translates them into winning strategies and operational plans for field resources
* Designs and leads implementation of field sales efforts including merchandising, sampling, and customer acquisition.
* Manages the resources (human and financial) and relationships dedicated to the achievement of the agreed strategic goals for excellence in merchandising and field activities, including setting and monitoring KRAs for third parties.
* Responsible for developing and maintaining field promotional resources including: defining roles and responsibilities; measuring and building core competences; standardizing recruitment, training and development; developing and communicating operational guidelines (Basic Call Procedure, sales talk, merchandising guideline, etc.); defining and implementing appropriate incentives, rewards and recognition.
* Strong collaboration with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Trade Sales Managers regarding the conception, design, and implementation of field promotional activities and merchandising to support business goals.
* Provide strategic support for the BUGs and trade sales/marketing teams by formulating initiatives by providing relevant information and merchandising expertise.
* Maintains a thorough understanding of merchandising knowledge and practices, and utilize it to develop business
