Formerly was known as Kompas Online, which provided the Internet edition of the Kompas Daily newspaper. Towards the end of 1997 the management decided that a separate entity was required to focus solely on Internet related business, and hence Kompas Cyber Media was incorporated. The company not only offers advertising opportunities to local companies, but also can provide services such as creative design, production, web applications, a payment facility, Internet consulting and web maintenance. Kompas Cyber Media is committed to support and boost the use of the Internet and E-Commerce in Indonesia. This objective forms is one part of a non-profit activity undertaken by the company, which often can be seen supporting seminars and other Internet related campaigns locally. Kompas Cyber Media has established a “one-stop service” for developing and managing a website.

I.Vice Business General Manager

Accountabilities :

* Assist Business General Manager to manage, develop and increase performance of all cyber business functions, includes: Mobile Business, Sales & Marketing (advertising & other sales), Business Development, IT Production, and E-Commerce.
* Look for innovative cyber business opportunities, specially in Mobile Business areas.
* Assist Business General Manager to arrange cyber business plan.
* Attract new potential & big customers.
* Find & maintain business networking, specially in Mobile Business areas.
* Assist Business General Manager in handling daily activities such as monitoring and evaluating all business activities, reporting business progress and recent business trends from cyber point of view to the Board of Directors.

* Your TARGETS :

* Increase of Revenue (from Ads, E-Commerce, Mobile Business/SMS/WAP product, and other related new cyber business opportunities).
* Increase of loyal customers.

Requirements:

* At least 6-7 years of proven experience in business and related field with minimum 4 years of experience in managerial level.
* Must have working experience in Telco Industry / Content Provider / Mobile Business.
* Have a good sense and implemented knowledge in Telco/Mobile Business, Advertising, E-Commerce & Digital Technology Areas.
* Bachelor/Master Degree from reputable university in business, technology, management or others related.
* Very Good command of Business English.
* High achiever person, performance oriented, wide networking.
* Creative, innovative, have a good personality and social skills with strong communication & negotiation skills.
* Outstanding skill to develop and maintain teamwork.
* High integrity & professional.
* Good interest to develop career in cyber media and digital business.

II.Sekretaris Redaksi (Code: Sek-R)

Requirements:

* At least Sekretaris (diutamakan dari industri media)
* education minimal D-3, jurusan Sekretaris/Administrasi Perkantoran/Komunikasi
* have Internet & Microsoft Office)
* Very Good Comunication englis

III.Web Designer (Code: WD)

Requirements:

* Male or female, maximum 30 years old
* Experience as a Web Designer
* Minimum Bachelor Degree
* Background in Visual Communication Design is preferred
* Excellent in drawing and illustration skills
* Excellent in Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Flash, Dreamweaver, and HTML
* Demonstrates proficiency in creating new ideas/concept
* Good personality, high integrity and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment

IV.System Analyst (Code: SAL)

Requirements:

* Excellent in network infrastructure
* Have experience in program application flow
* Able to make documentation
* Strong logic ability
* Minimum 3 years experience as a programmer
