Job Summary :

Job Description :

* Develop Public Relations strategy
* Maximize positive media publicity and minimize negative media coverage
* Enhance the mutually beneficial relationship with the relevance company stakeholders and the general public
* To take in charge as a company spoke person particularly during the crisis situation

Qualifications :

* Education Background :
- Minimum of S-1 Public Relations or Marketing Communication graduate from the reputable University

* Work Experience :
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the area of public relations or corporate communications preferably in shopping centre or retail industry

* Competency :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both English and Bahasa; mandarin will be an advantage
- Strong media and external relations
- Excellent inter-personal skills and very well presented
- Strong organizing skills and project management

II. English Teacher (Code: ET)

Job Summary :
* Responsible for enhancing the employees’ English competency level both verbal and written by conducting regular English training for employees at all levels

Job Description :
* Conduct English training needs analysis
* Conduct employees mapping on English competency level
* Develop English training modules for employees for various levels
* Conduct regular English training
* Prepare English training report, evaluation and success measurement
* Creatively creating motivational and encouraging English speaking environment in the company

Qualification :
* Education background : Preferably graduated from S-1 of Institute of Teacher Training
* Work experience: Minimum of 3 years of teaching English for adult in a corporation or English Courses

Competency :

* Excellent command of English both verbal and written is a must
* Mastering adult teaching methodology
* Able to develop English training modules form various levels
* Possesses excellent training skills

III.Creative Designer (Code: CD)

Job Summary :

* Provide support to advertising team by creating communicative and decorative design that advertise effectively to the public

Qualifications :
* Education Background
- S-1 majoring in graphic design
* Work Experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in graphic design
- Creative and innovative
- Willing to work under pressure
* Competency

IV.Deputy Vice President of Finance & Accounting (Code: Dept VP. F&A)

Job Summary :

* Assist the VP Finance & Accounting in managing: the day to day operation of the Finance & Accounting Division; the system which is related to planning, implementation, control and supervision of the utilization company budget in line with suitable rule, regulation, and law; timely completion of accountable and auditable finance reports

Job Description :

* Take a lead in the preparation and consolidation of annual company budget
* Control and supervise the implementation and the utilization of company budget
* Detailing and testing monthly and yearly tax calculation including the report preparation
* Evaluate company transaction both internal and external

Qualification :

* Formal Education
- Bachelor degree of finance/accounting
* Work Experience
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as a Finance & Accounting Manager and preferably in Public Accountant Service Company
* Competency :
- Having excellence knowledge of taxation
- Strong analytical thinking
- Having excellence competency of analysis, solving problem and decision making.
- Having knowledge on making and analyze budget and finance report.
- Having extensive experience in corporate auditing

IV. Purchasing Assistant ( Code PA)

Job Summary :

* To perform duties related to purchasing activities include sourcing, qualifying, price negotiation, and quality check

Job Description :
* Source appropriate and reliable vendor
* Qualify to choose the right vendor with the right price
* Negotiate to the best price while to get the best purchase materials
* Check the quality and specification of the material purchased

Qualification :
* Education Background
- Min. Bachelor any major area from Technical Building or Civil Service with min GPA of 3.00

* Work Experience
- Min. 3 years working experience in the same position, preferable in property or building management
* Competency
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Having knowledge in shipping, custom clearance and import procedure and import purchase is a MUST.
- Able to handle stress and good communication skills with people at all levels.
- Good leadership, analytical skill, strong negotiation skills, self starter, and demonstrate continued personnel development.
