Our client, a multinational FMCG company, is seeking for motivated individual to be a part of the team in the following position:
I.Senior Tax Officer – (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Preparing the Tax Authorities and other government reportorial requirements including the computation of monthly income tax payable, reconciliation and remittance of VAT and Fringe Benefit Tax in compliance with government and the related tax regulations.
* Preparing monthly/annual tax returns, monthly schedule and analysis of all taxes, as well as the international tax package in compliance with corporate and legal tax requirement;
* Prepare monthly Tax Report, which include all tax issues, tax exposures and new tax regulation, which may affect the companies’ financial statements;
* Prepare tax correspondences to the Tax Service Office as well as to other Department under Directorate general of taxation and other government proper authorities.
* Ensure that all tax liabilities are accurately determined and paid on time
* Liaise with ITO on any tax assessment that may arise in the course of a tax audit and resolve the said issue
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years experiences in General Accounting
• Knowledge in computer operating systems (SAP, Microsoft Office)
• Preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Tax Brevet A and B
• Good interpretative and analytical skill
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
II.Maintenance Manager – (Sumatera Utara – Medan)
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Maintenance Dept. Head, preferably from Chemical Manufacturing Company
* Strong knowledge in Maintenance Management System, chemical plant machineries, operation, and trouble shooting
* Has knowledge in automation system
* Able to operate computer with AutoCad, Autodesk Inventor, and MS Office programs
* Knowledgeable in Six Sigma or other Continuous Improvement Management System
* Applicants must be willing to work in Medan.
III.Geologist – Department Head – (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Conduct coal mining project feasibility;
* Conduct geological surface mapping and interpret structural geology;
* Coordinate and implement geological programs for development of geological model and reserve/resource reporting
* Develop Geological & Geotechnical System;
* Develop & Manage Exploration Plan;
* Generate & Up date Geological Procedures;
* Implement and run a safe workplace practices, in accordance with the rules and regulations
Requirements:
General requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology/Geophysics
* At least 10 years of working experience, preferably in open pit coal mining operations
* Have the experience to lead a team of geologists;
* Good command in English both oral and written
Specific requirements:
* Strong background in mineral exploration and project review.
* Sound knowledge of the Indonesian coal and mineral market.
* Experienced in supervising mining infrastructure construction and feasibility study, and also project development;
* Familiar with Standard Operational procedure for mining and exploration Geology;
* Good understand with Health and Safety procedure for mining industry;
* Familiar with any geological database,mining and exploration software;
IV.Country Finance Manager – (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Effective execution of Finance Division projects as agreed in the annual balance scorecard.
* To manage new accounting systems implementation, from design from chart of accounts up to-go live. This shall include appointments of consultants, user training, and its day to day project management. The job also to streamline the finance and operational processes and flow back to the accounting system.
* To compute potential acquisition’s valuation and future projections for management’s decision making and proposed purchase price.
* To manage any finance transition process in new acquisitions, to align to the policies and procedures
* To manage any accounting ad-hoc projects as and when required by the Head Finance
* To manage existing subsidiaries companies Finance function
* To manage the operational cash flow requirements of the said companies, mainly on the working capital management on receivable and payables
* To manage the annual tax returns of the said companies including the monthly instalment payments to the Inland Revenue.
Requirements:
* To best-fit, you must present a university degree earned from prestigious local/overseas universities complemented with at least six (6) to seven (7) years’ of finance experience with the last position as Manager / Accountant with exposure to all finance function of a business.
V.Human Resource Manager – (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* COMPENSATION & BENEFITS POLICY ADMINISTRATION
* Facilitate and support the respective business division in the annual salary review and bonus payment process
* Provide local input in any HR policy and benefits review exercises undertaken by Group HR for Indonesia
* Expatriate administration support (KITAS, housing, children’s schooling etc)
* Conduct annual training needs analysis and consolidate development plans all employees
* HANDLING INDUSTRIAL / EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND GRIEVANCES
* Attend to and provide possible solutions to employee related issues
* Conduct annual employee engagement survey for Indonesia and discuss mitigating measures to enhance employee relations
* Support and plan the Country Coordinator’s communication initiatives to all employees.
* RECRUITMENT AND MANPOWER PLANNING
* COMPLIANCE TO LOCAL LABOR LEGISLATIONS AND RULES
* Ensure compliance to Indonesian labor laws and peraturan perusahaan
* Act as company representative in issues that involves labor authorities
* PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT MONITORING AND SUPPORT
* ANY OTHER TASK AS DIRECTED BY THE COUNTRY COORDINATOR AND SENIOR MANAGER GROUP HR
Requirements:
* To best-fit, you must present a university degree earned from prestigious local/overseas universities complemented with at least five (5) to seven (7) years’ of human resources experience with the last position as Manager, preferably honed in a multinational and/or local Pharmaceutical/FMCG manufacturing set-up.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation skills and capable in dealing with progressive conceptual HR approaches;
* Hands-on operational HR problem solving abilities
* Possess high value for personal and professional integrity
