I.Plant Controller – (Tangerang)
Responsibilities:
This position will be based in our Chemical Factory plant in Tangerang with this overall responsibility framework:
* Develop, analyse and communicate annual manufacturing cost budget for plant standard and non-standard costs
* Guide the Chemistry Plant Manager and Asia Pacific (AP) mfg finance lead by timely and accurate tracking and reporting of manufacturing costs and variances to support achievement of costs and business profitability targets.
* Provide leadership in achieving strong compliance and controls in the manufacturing environment.
* Be an active contributor to the manufacturing and finance community
Requirements:
- University degree of Finance or Accounting
- 6 to 8 yrs of Accounting and Finance experience, preferably in a multinational company.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Solid experiences with finance software such as “BPCS”, “SAP”, Hyperion and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of GAAP / US Finance Reporting Standards.
- Reliable, mature, good team management and communication skills, high initiative and self-motivated
- Open-minded, willing to change and face challenges, able to work under pressure;
- Willing to be positioned in Tangerang, Indonesia
II.Technology Development Executive – (Jawa Timur, Lampung)
Responsibilities:
The Technology Development Executive plays an important role to support commercial organization in the application of our technology in the field with farmers. The main responsibilities of this role will be:
- Develop Technology Development trials protocol for seed and traits.
- Execute and manage field trial properly, standard and scientifically.
- Develop features, advantage and benefits of Monsanto products based on field trials.
- Provide technical guidance, support, data, recommendations, and do training to commercial team to support marketing and sales.
- Give support in registration/regulatory process and releasing/launching of new products.
- Maintain and build relationship with researcher from prominent university and research stations.
- Provide new information & technology for customers.
- Built community development to support trials establishment
- Market and competition analysis.
- Engage in Personal Development activities.
Requirements:
* Essential: Post Graduate (Master) in any discipline in Agriculture; Desirable: PhD (Doctorate) in any discipline in Agriculture
* Required language(s): English and Indonesia
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Agriculture/Agronomy/Biotechnology or equivalent.
* 2 Full-Time positions available.
* Willing to be located in farming areas in Indonesia

III.Sales Executive – (Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Lampung, Sumatera Utara)
Responsibilities:
Position Reports to: Regional Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and Implement Territory Sales Plan
• Preparation and implementation of a territory business plan to meet sales targets.
• Provide Bi weekly forecasts of his/her sales territory.
• Create and capture opportunities to expand business within his/her territory.
• Create strong long term relationship with customers through value selling and Demand Creation Activities
• Create and capture opportunities to expand the business in his assigned territory
* Develop and Maintain Strong Customer Relationships
• Act as the Monsanto Ambassador within his/her territory to position the Sustainable Yield Commitment.
• Manage all customer relationships within his/her sales territory ensuring bi weekly visits for all key customers.
• Understand customers’ and partners’ businesses address questions & barriers to adoption and sell the value of products and technologies to meet customer’s needs.
• Work with key customers to gain a good understanding of the value proposition of Monsanto products and services.
• Proactively resolve and record all customer issues, complaints, questions etc, working with TD staff as required
* Maximize and sell the value of Monsanto products & technologies
• Ensure product positioning to generate high value of product/technology to growers
• Communicate value of products/technologies to growers and other stakeholders to create demand
• Build credibility, trust and customer perceived value. Work with customers in a collaborative fashion to understand and identify their business issues, strategies and priorities.
* Demand Creation Activities
• Identify key Farmers to support demand creation activities and build strong business partnerships with these farmers.
• Organize and implement field activities associated with commercial field trials including;
• Develop and deliver value capture messages and key talking points to be used at field activities.
• Establish and implement educational programs for key customers, distributors, Dekalb Ambassadors and retailers using the Commercial Field Trial Sites and Deklab Learning Centers.
• Coordinate and implement other non-routine demand creation activities such as launch of new products, financiers meeting and caravans when necessary.
* Management of Distribution Channels
• Select and manage Distributors, Key Retailers, Retailers and Dekalb Ambassadors within his/her territory.
• Build and establish effective relationships with distribution to ensure timely product availability, accurate forecasting, sales target achievement and collections.
• Build in depth knowledge of distribution networks within his/her territory.
• Assess and manage the sales performance of distribution channel partners and recommend appropriate measures or programs to ensure achievement of POG, market share, product penetration.
• Provide communication, training and support to distribution of Monsanto products and demand creation activities to increase sales within his/her territory.
* Excellent Product Stewardship
• Promote good stewardship of Monsanto products to ensure long term sustainability of all products and maximum customer value.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Commerce, Marketing, Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry, Biology, BioTechnology or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Agriculture/Forestry/Fisheries or equivalent.
