I.Product Manager/Channel Manager – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Country Manager of Indonesia, the Product Manager of EGUARDIAN is responsible for defining and implementing the product marketing strategy and programs for EGUARDIAN entire portfolios and security solutions offerings. Specific responsibilities for this position include development of a go-to market strategy and execution plans based on analysis of the market, competition and customer needs.

* Responsible for product marketing of EGUARDIAN product line/Responsible for taking care of channel partners
* Create and drive global go-to-market plans that increase revenue and improve market position in key market segments
* Drive creation of customer-facing product marketing content (e.g. datasheets, case studies, presentations, and online demonstrations)
* Drive outbound marketing strategies to improve awareness, share of voice, sales pipeline and market position
* Manage content development for sales training to EGUARDIAN field sales force and channel partners.
* Develop and deliver product sales tools to support the desired prospect experience (e.g. product demonstrations, presentations, proposal templates, and whitepapers)
* Conduct and co-ordinate sales and marketing related research on competitive vendors
* Establish external relationships with key customers and channel partners to use as an external sounding board for product marketing efforts
* Monitor industry and technology trends and suggest items or topics as candidates for PR and product management activity/response

Requirements:

* Experience in creating and successfully implementing product marketing plans for technology products
* Experience in presenting to various levels and sizes of audiences
* Experience creating the core messaging for a set of products or services
* Proven successful track record in meeting sales quota objectives
* Solid track record and evidence of creative communication (written and verbal) skills
* Strong presentation skills

* Good understanding of information security and networking technology
* Must have strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a dynamic and fast-pace environment

* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* University degree or equivalent experience

II.Technical Consultant – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Technical Consultant will provide pre-sales support (such as understanding customers requirements, presenting technical information about products and services, conducting product demonstrations and implementing, presenting/training at seminars, and responding to RFP’s and RFI’s) as well as post sales technical support to EGUARDIAN channel partners and end user customers via phone, e-mail and web. Strong fault isolation and root cause analysis skills are required to diagnose and solve complex technical issues and provide timely solutions to customers in a professional manner. Regularly updating support cases to record progress of calls in call tracking system and documenting technical solutions and product information in the knowledge base is required. Work to reproduce customer issues and qualify escalations. Traveling may be required to customer sites to assist in fault isolation and root cause analysis.

* Managing support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow ups are done in a timely manner
* Consistent fault isolation and root cause analysis
* Publish Technical Support Bulletins and other technical documentation in the Knowledge Base
* Review of technical documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, troubleshooting guides etc
* Travel may be required to customer sites in the event of a critical situation to expedite resolution
* Provide on-call support 24×7 on an as needed basis

Requirements:

* Minimum 5-7 years experience as a Technical Support Engineer in the IT Network Industry
* Strong IP networking skills
* Excellent knowledge of Network Security a must (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VPN, IPS etc)
* Extensive background in internetworking, LAN, and WAN technologies required
* Knowledge on desktop security preferred.
* Ability to effectively manage many different tasks simultaneously
* Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a dynamic and fast-pace environment
* Must have the ability to work autonomously, be self-motivated and a strong team player, no 9 to 5 mentality
* Must be willing to adapt as necessary to accommodate changes in industry and company direction
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
* University degree or equivalent experience

III.STRATEGIC PARTNER MANAGER – (Singapore)

Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain strategic partners who are capable and willing to contribute and grow with our business direction.
* Monitor proactively partners’ performance and recommend appropriate action to motivate the partners in meeting sales and non-sales objectives.
* Recommend and execute joint marketing activities with channel partners in support of business objectives.
* Work closely with Product Managers and Marketing to achieve sales objectives through channel partners.
* Participate in project teams for continuous process improvement and channel development in support of business objectives.
* Any other duties as required by the unit and as per assigned.

* The candidate should have at least a dipolma in business or IT with a minimum of 2-3 years’ sales experience.
* He/She should be a team player and able to work independently.
