ALSTOM Power Energy Systems Indonesia, being part of ALSTOM Power, is now seeking highly qualified professionals who can work in team and willing to be stationed in our Jakarta office to fill the following position:

I.SUBCONTRACTING JUNIOR BUYER OFFICER

- Department : Supply Management and Procurement
- Report to : Subcontracting / Labor Supply Sr.Officer
- of required personnel : 1 (one) person.

Key Responsibilities :

Main workscope is consisting of, but not limited to : Requires to prepare RFQ to suppliers, review RFQ and communicates with suppliers, prepare bid/cost module analysis, prepare purchase order, data acquisition of subcontracting progress report and other required subcontracting database, monitor PR/PO status with the objective to achieve of Sub contracting’ s objectives.

The successful candidate will have following qualifications :

* Minimum university degree majoring in Engineering or any other disciplines with basic knowledge of procurement.
* One year of procurement and/or related experiences (i.e. Commercial Support, Project Management, Tendering etc.)
* Effective negotiation and strong interpersonal skills.
* Strong data management capabilities reinforced with PC application.
* Ability to interface and coordinate with other disciplines in a matrix environment and working as team.
* Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

II.TECHNICAL SUPPORT

- Department : MIS
- Report to : MIS Manager
- of required personnel : 1 (one) person.

Key Responsibilities :

Main workscope is supporting user to use the computer, peripheral and telephone including its installation, configuration and troubleshooting
The successful candidate will have following qualifications:

* University graduated in Computer Science, Information or Electrical Engineering
* Strong technical knowledge and experience of IT equipment and computing operational
* At least 2 years work experience in multinational company in similar position / tasks
* Technical skills / competencies in Computer and peripheral hardware, Windows Operating System, Standard Office Application Program, Telephone System.
* Good communication skill to understand user needs and to explain problem solving to users.
* Analytical skill in troubleshooting of computer / peripheral / telephone
* Must be able to work some evening and weekends and to be available on short notice to resolve problems
* Good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

III.RECRUITMENT OFFICER

- Department : Human Resources
- Report to : Manpower Planning & Development Manager
- of required personnel : 1 (one) person.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manpower Planning & Development Manager, the incumbent will be supporting the workforce planning, recruitment & selection, new hired engagement administration and people development in a timely manner.

Requirements:

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:

* Minimum S1 degree, majoring in Social Science (Psychology is preferable) with minimum 3 years experience in related area
* Having experience in recruiting management position and management trainee would be an advantage
* Good understanding and performing some assessment techniques and the Competency Based Interview (Behavioral Interview)
* Good planning since the incumbent is required to deliver recruitment on time; and having good relation with related parties.
* Excellent in written and verbal communication skill both in Indonesia and English
* Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Computer literate (word processing, spreadsheet, and database software program

IV.LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

- Department: Human Resources
- Report to: Manpower Planning & Development Manager
- of required personnel : 1 (one) person.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manpower Planning &Development Manager, the incumbent will be supporting the learning plan, people development and training administration in a timely manner. Incumbentis also responsible in operating and maintaining training program in Alstom University (AU & Me Training Catalogue) and Local Training database. As part of country university relation, incumbent will be required to have a good relation with selected universities in Indonesia and maintainingannual university programs database.

Requirements:

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:

* Minimum S1 degree in any major, with minimum3 years experience in related area
* Having good knowledge in learning process, TNA and Competency Based T&D
* Well experienced in organizing and delivering internal training including training evaluation arrangement and report.
* Having skill in Training / Instructional Design Technology is an advantage
* Good planning since the incumbent is required to deliver T&D plan on schedule; and having good relation with related parties.
* Excellent in written and verbal communication skill both in Indonesia and English
* Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Computer literate (word processing, spread sheet, and database software programs)
