We are an established multinational laboratory testing organization providing technical services to a broad spectrum of industries and government. We are based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and we provide our services throughout Malaysia and the ASEAN region. In view of our current expansion, we are seeking suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of SENIOR CHEMIST throughout our headquarter offices in MALAYSIA AND INDONESIA.

I.SENIOR CHEMIST
(Johor, Kuala Lumpur, Pahang, Penang, Sabah, Sarawak, Selangor, Terengganu)

Responsibilities:

* To analyze testing samples in the analytical laboratory using wet chemistry and analytical instrumentation
* To utilize instruments such as GC, GCMS, ICPAES, ICPMS, Nutrients Analyzer, FT-IR
* To analyze and review data and adhere to strict guidelines on ISO documentation
* To develop new techniques for analysis of environmental, food and biological samples
* To work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
* To liase with clients, staff and vendors

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree or Doctorate (PhD) in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Chemistry, Science & Technology, BioTechnology, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): ISO 17025, ISO 9001, Microsoft Office.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Chemistry or equivalent.
* 3 Full-Time positions available.

II.LABORATORY MANAGER
(BOGOR, JAKARTA, BALIKPAPAN, PEKANBARU)

Responsibilities:

* To be responsible for the lab management of a fast-paced commercial analytical laboratory
* To ensure that all the work is performed according to company’s Quality, Environmental and Safety policies
* To be responsible for production planning, quality assurance, continuous improvement planning, lab personnel and technical guidance

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree or Doctorate (PhD) in Chemistry, Science & Technology, BioTechnology, Food Technology.
* Required skill(s): ISO 17025, ISO 9001, Microsoft Office.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* Preferred language(s): Chinese, Japanese
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Chemistry.
* 2 Full-Time and Contract position available.

III.Customer Service Executive
(Shah Alam, Johor Bahru, Miri, Kota Kinabalu, Penang, Kuantan)

Responsibilities:

* To provide pre- and post- sales customer service support on the company’s laboratory testing services
* To communicate clearly both written and in speech in English to the clients
* To have familiarity with clientele base from industries such as Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing industries
* To be willing to build a long term business relationship with the clients
* To be able to use information systems (IT tools) to analyze customers requirements and needs

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Biology, Chemistry, BioTechnology, Marketing, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): ISO, Microsoft Office.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
* Preferred language(s): Tamil, Chinese
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Science & Technology/Laboratory or equivalent.
* 3 Full-Time, Part-Time and Contract position available.

IV.SENIOR CHEMIST

V.Senior Sales Executive
(Jakarta, Balikpapan, Medan, Pekanbaru)

Responsibilities:

* To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls
* To visit potential customers to prospect for new business;
* To negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing of sales;
* To gather market and customer information;
* To represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and workshops;
* To negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with the clients;
* To advise on forthcoming technical service developments with the clients;
* To record sales and order information and sending purchase orders to the head office;
* To review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
* To gain a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements;
* To make accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations;
* To feed future buying trends back to company headquarters

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Science & Technology, Marketing or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* Preferred language(s): Chinese.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
