Rabobank International Indonesia is a joint venture bank focused in Food and Agribusiness, Media, Telecommunication and Internet Sectors. In order to expand its banking operations, we currently looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and dedicated person to fill the following position:

I.Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking (Code: RM)

Responsibilities:

* Job Summary:

- Develop, expand, and maintain existing portfolio as well as acquire new corporate relationship as per RII’s approved annual business plans
- Maintain good and profitable relationship with existing and potential clients as well as provide them with RII’s services.
- Ensure credit quality during initial screening.

* Main Duties & Responsibilities

- Maintain accounts assigned by the supervisor.
- Conduct customer calls on existing and potential clients.
- Develop new business with existing and potential clients.
- Cross-sell Bank’s products and services.
- Prepare and propose new credit proposals.
- Monitor creditworthiness of existing clients.
- Conduct annual reviews of existing clients according to schedule.
- Ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures.
- Serve as an alternate Relationship Manager in absence of the assigned Relationship Manager.
- Assist in the preparation of all kinds of periodic reports as required by the Corporate Banking Division or the Bank from time to time.
- Handle special assignments, if any, as assigned by the Unit Head and/or the Head of Corporate Banking.

Requirements:

* University education in Business, Finance or Marketing
* Minimum 3 years experience in Relationship Management, Corporate Banking.
* Good communication skills, both in spoken and written English.
* Analytical skills
* Sufficient knowledge in banking products.

II.Senior Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking (Code: SRM)

Responsibilities:

* Job Summary:

- Develop, expand, and maintain existing portfolio as well as acquire new corporate relationship as per RII’s approved annual business plans
- Maintain good and profitable relationship with existing and potential clients as well as provide them with RII’s services.
- Ensure credit quality during initial screening.

* Main Duties & Responsibilities:

- Maintain accounts assigned by the supervisor.
- Conduct customer calls on existing and potential clients.
- Develop new business with existing and potential clients.
- Cross-sell Bank’s products and services.
- Prepare and propose new credit proposals.

- Serve as an alternate Relationship Manager in absence of the assigned Relationship Manager.

- Handles complex accounts of clients.
- Handle special assignments, if any, as assigned by the Unit Head and/or the Head of Corporate Banking Division.
- Acts as a coach for Junior Relationship Manager

Requirements:

* University education in Business, Finance or Marketing or equivalent qualifications.
* Minimum 5 years experience in Relationship Management.
* Good communication skills, both in spoken and written English.
* Analytical skills
* Good knowledge of banking products
* Computer skills.

III.Learning & Development Head

Responsibilities:

* Lead L&D team consist of 5 people
* Plan, execute/conduct and evaluate overall training programs for the bank
* Manage and control training budget
* Develop curriculum, syllabus and schedule of trainings
* Develop competency development program
* Develop and deliver soft skill and leadership trainings
* Lead talent review and HiPo determination process
* Manage Performance Appraisal, including mid year review process
* Roll out and lead Management Development Program
* Manage training premises, logistics and its arrangements
* Manage cross country staff exchange program
* Liaise with local and overseas training vendors

Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor degree. Overseas graduate would be an advantage
* 5 – 8 hands on experience in training, preferably from banking, insurance or any financial service companies
* Able to design, deliver and evaluate trainings
* Familiar with Competency Development Concept
* Good communication in English is a must
* Strong presentation & negotiation skill
