Binamil Tour â€“ Hajj, Umrah & Islamic Tour Services is seeking highly motivated persons and team player to fill the following position which will be based at Jakarta Timur
Need Fulltime employment :

I.Tour Leader for Umrah – (Jakarta Raya – Jakarta Timur)

Responsibilities:

* Conduct Islamic tour and handling pilgrims group
* Willing to work under pressure and prepared for possible assignment after working hours

Requirements:

* Male/Female, not smoking
* Pendidikan SMIP/SMA/D3
* Single, usia maksimal 25 years old
* Having good knowledge of hajj and umra
* Good communication in English and Arabic language
* Good leadership, initiative and proactive
* Able to work with MS Office and internet
* Honest, good personality, fast learner
* Enjoy outdoor activities and travelling

II.Secretary / Cashier – (Jakarta Raya – Jakarta Timur)

Responsibilities:

* Organize meeting/event
* Create file document system
* Maintain communication with all parties through email & letter
* And other task that related with secretarial job
* Support in sales and marketing
* Do petty cash & checking bank cashflow
* Responsible for daily & monthly cash report

Requirements:

* Female, not smoking, single
* Age max 25 years old
* Min. D3 Secretary/Bussiness Administration
* Good communication skill in English both written and spoken
* Able to work under pressure, multi tasking, initiative and proactive
* Able to work with MS Office, MS Publisher, and internet
* Experience with travel arragement & Sales administration
* Honest, accurate, discipline, organized, fast learner

III.Sales & Ticketing – (Jakarta Raya – Jakarta Timur)

Responsibilities:

* Sales & Marketing
* Travel document service (visa, passport etc)
* Maintaining good relation with airlines
* Handling airport
* Willing to work under pressure
* And other task that related with tourism

Requirements:

* Male/Female, not smoking, single
* Age max 25 years old
* Min. SMIP/D3 from tourism
* Good communication skill in English
* Able to work with MS Office and internet
* Able to work with Abacus, Galileo or Domestic airline reservation system
* Able to work in a team, initiative and proactive
* Honest, accurate, discipline, organized, good personality, fast learner

IV.Operational Manager – (Jakarta Raya – Jakarta Timur)

Responsibilities:

* Lead the team and report to company director
* Operate system and procedure
* Organize meeting/event
* Attaining sales quota and direct activities of all sales and marketing support efforts
* Meet with key prospects customer
* Making presentation
* Maintaining good relation with existing and prospective customer
* Maintain communication with all parties through email & letter
* Willing to work with target, under pressure and prepared for possible assignment after working hours
* And other task that related with operational tourism company

Requirements:

* Male, Not smoking , single
* Max 30 years old
* Min. D3/S1
* Good in English both written and spoken
* Able to work with MS Office and internet
* Good leadership and team building skills
* Have excellent communication and presentation skills
* Hard worker, initiative and proactive
* Having knowledge of hajj and umra
* Honest, accurate, discipline, well organized, good personality, fast learner
* Enjoy outdoor activities and travelling
