I.IT Manager

Requirements:

* General Qualification

* Male / age 30 – 35 years old
* Min S1 majoring in Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
* Min 5 years in Managerial position
* Fluent in English both spoken and written is a must
* Min 5 years of experience in handling and developing MRP/ERP/ERM Application
* Exposures in Manufacturing Process and Work Flow
* Exposures in Accounting System

* Specific Windows 2003 Networking Environment

* MS-Exchange Server 2003 Messaging System
* Database Server System Using Microsoft SQL Server
* Desktop and Client Server Application Development with Visual Basic 6.0
* Web Based Application Development Using ASP & ASP .Net
* Mobile Application Development Using Microsoft .Net Compact Framework
* Industrial Hardware Interfacing and Programming (PLC, Micro Controller, Signal Conditioning)
* Analitycal Application Development Using SQL Server Analysis Service
* Familiar with IPv4 & IPv6 Networking Protocol

II.Marketing Manager

Requirements:

* Male / Female maximum 35 years old
* Bachelors degree in Management / Marketing / Sales Educational background
* Minimum 3 years experience in Hospitality Industry in a similar capacity
* Ability to develop and execute a Marketing Strategy for the company
* Ability to plan and execute effective marketing programs, advertising and sales promotions campaigns
* Ability to plan and carryout extensive market research programs
* Good command in English both oral and written
* Fluency in all commonly used computer programs
* Target-oriented, team player and a strong motivator
* Able to set priorities under challenging and demanding circumstances with a sense of urgency
* High tolerance for pressure whilst meeting deadlines
* Willingness to travel within and outside Indonesia and to work long hours

III.Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

* To ensure all accounting and financial processes of the comapny
* To ensure the capability of the company to fulfill all the short term and long term obligations (ex : suppliers, Etex Group and Shareholders)
* To organise the reporting, all of the accounts (P&L, balance sheet, Periodically Report), and to report monthly on time
* To provide proper KPI’S analysis for all Managers to review their operational performance, P&L, Cash Flow, Operating Working Capital Performance, Products KPI’s…Alert on any discrepancy
* To organize the customer-credit (and report credit) management. Alert on any discrepancy
* To prepare the treasury forecast
* To built-up the yearly operations budgets of the company, to follow-up accurate the expanses and alert in case of any difficult or discrepancy
* Report to President Director

Requirements:

* Graduate with a post graduate qualification from a reputable university majoring in Finance & Accounting
* Min 10 years in a similiar position, preferably in PMA
* Female or Male
* 30 – 40 years old
* Good knowledge in English, both verbal and in writing
* Strong personality, good communication skills, autonomy and initiative
* Strong Leadership
