I.Senior Service Engineer Manager (for Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
* Able to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control problems with equipment
* Able to identify installation problems
* Able to identify system problems
* Able to perform commissioning of AC equipment
* Able to write reports
* To establish and maintain excellent relationship with customers through professional technical approach
* To promote the value of the company by offering professional sound technical solution to customers problems
* Collect market information for feedback to management
Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
* Minimum 3 or 5 years related experience
* Resourceful, highly motivated, and able to work independently
* Good communication, public relations skills, and leadership skills
* Team player
* Own vehicle and willing to travel
* Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
II.Senior Sales Engineer (for Kalimantan area)
Responsibilities:
* Source for new leads and opportunities to secure new service contracts for the company
* Assist in implementation of business plan, especially in activities for achieving the company sales target
* To establish and maintain excellent relationship with customers through professional technical approach
* To promote the value of the company by offering professional sound technical solution to customers problems
* Collect market information for feedback to management
Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering with min GPA 2.75
* Proven sales track record for the last 3 years in providing HVAC services / solutions for Energy companies (Oil/Gas/Mining/PowerPlan/etc) in Kalimantan
* Base in Balikpapan
* Resourceful, highly motivated, and able to work independently
* Good communication, public relations skills, and leadership skills
* Team player
* Own vehicle and willing to travel
* Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage
III.Senior Sales Engineer (for Bali)
Responsibilities:
* Source for new leads and opportunities to secure new service contracts for the company
* Assist in implementation of business plan, especially in activities for achieving the company sales target
* To establish and maintain excellent relationship with customers through professional technical approach
* To promote the value of the company by offering professional sound technical solution to customers problems
* Collect market information for feedback to management
Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering with min GPA 2.75
* Proven sales track record for the last 3 years in providing HVAC services/solutions for Hotels in Bali
* Candidate with good business contacts especially HVAC industry would be an added advantage
* Base in Denpasar
* Resourceful, highly motivated, and able to work independently
* Good communication, public relations skills, and leadership skills
* Team player
* Own vehicle and willing to travel
* Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia. Knowledge of other languages
IV.Sales Engineer-Jakarta and Surabaya
Responsibilities:
* Source for new leads and opportunities to sell the products of the company
* Assist in implementation of business plan, especially in activities for achieving the company sales target
* To establish and maintain excellent relationship with customers through professional technical
proach
* To promote the value of the company by offering professional sound technical solution to customers problems
* Collect market information for feedback to management
Requirements:
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
* Minimum 1 or 2 years related sales experience preferably in HVAC industry, Fresh graduate Engineers are welcome to apply
* Candidate with good business contacts especially in HVAC industry would be an added advantage
* Resourceful, highly motivated, and able to work independently
* Good communication, public relations skills, and leadership skills
* Team player
* Own vehicle and willing to travel
* Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage
IV.Sales Service Manager-Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
* Managing and lead the sales team in achieving the financial and non financial goals
* Assist in developing and implementing of service division strategy with the sales team
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the growth of business
* Managing and lead the team to expand new customer base
* Maintain good relationship with customers
* Managing and plan the sales forecast with monthly report
* To manage the technical assistant in providing the best support to the sales engineers
Requirements:
* Posses Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
* At least 2 or 3 years of networking and service sales experience
* Resourceful, highly motivated, and able to work independently
* Good communication, public relations skills, and leadership skills
* Team player
* Own vehicle and willing to travel
* Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage.
