The Bina Desa Sadijiwa (Bina Desa) is an NGO dealing with sustainable rural development, closely working with peasant, rural women and fisherfolk communities in 11 province of Indonesia which founded in 1975. Our works are primarily concerns the economic, social and cultural rights of rural communities. Now, We are seeking applicatns for positions:

I.Project Officer of Linking Small Farmers to Market Program (LSFM) – (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

* Indonesia
* Hold Bachelor (S1) Degree with any discipline
* Age max 40 years old
* Have experience and a good knowledge of agricultural sector particylarly the rice sector, minimum 3 years
* A good knowledge of mapping of rice marketing and distribution
* A good knowledge of Value Chain of rice
* A good understanding of Monitoring and Evaluation program to evaluate work program
* Have experience with market research study and product Marketing
* Excellent spoken and report writting ability in English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Ability to facilitate a meeting or workshop with community
* Ability to work with Microsoft office (Ms Word, Excel and Power Point) and familiar with the Internet

II.Head of Advocacy and Research Unit (AR) – (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

* Indonesia
* Hold Bachelor (S1) Degree with Law discipline
* Age maximum 40 years old
* Ability to analysis of government policy and regulation related to Agrarian Reform
* Have experiences and or able to handle cases, minimum 5 years
* A good knowledge of media campaign
* A good understanding of Monitoring and Evaluation program to evaluate work program
* Excellent spoken and report writting ability in English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Ability to make a statement letter and press release
* Ability to facilitate a meeting or workshop with community
* Ability to work with Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Power Point) and familiar with the Internet
* Having good relations with mass media
