I.Program Manager-(Shah Alam)

Responsibility:

* Responsible for monitoring for successful execution and management of the entire project development over complete lifecycle.
* Participate in Project Planning sessions to align products per the requirements of the customers.
* Participate with BDMs and FAEs to develop Quality RFQ responses,camera prototypes and technical sales support to win new business.
* Product Life Cycle implementation and ensures PLC compliance on all development programs under the Program Management.
* Focal point for all technical/engineering/product issues with a customer. Drives Flextronics camera roadmap alignment with customer needs
* Interact frequently with high profile customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management as well as middle management and individual contributor groups.
* Communicate customer requirements,specifications,project schedule and budget constraints to cross-functional teams,including engineers,senior management and consultants.
* Establish project schedule,financial parameters and technical requirements,managing project from initiation through delivery.
* Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues.
* Develop status reports,including project financials,insuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.
* Maintain project plan documents,procedures and project deliverables.
* Coordinate,through lower Project/Product Managers,activities with responsibility for projects of larger complexity and impact in terms of costs,methods,and employees.

Requirement:

* Bachelor Degree in Electronics / Electronics / Mechatronics or Science or its equivalent.
* At least 5-7 years of working experience in Electronics or Semiconductor Manufacturing background.
* Experience with image sensors or camera systems would be preferred.
* Working knowledge of product testing, statistical analysis, equipment installation and maintenance.
* Willing to travel extensively

II.Software Engineer-(Johor – Senai, Johor)

Responsibilities:

* Participate as part of the team in application development life cycle and ensure projects are completed on a timely basis
* Involve in application programming, integration, enhancement, testing, implementation and version control of existing system
* Provide technical support for multi production environment
* Develop and upkeep application documentations

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* 3 years working experience in similiar capacity
* Highly desirable a background in Manufacturing/Process Engineering
* Experience in Object Oriented Software Development and Application GUI design.
* Possess strong technical/Programming skill in ASP.Net, VB.Net and Microsoft SQL Server.
* Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure and tight deadline.
* Willing to work long hours if required.
* Team player, good communication and interpersonal skills

III.Process Engineer (EOL)(kit Raja – Shah Alam)

Responsibility:

* processes and process flow.
* Strong process statistical analytical knowledge and experience.
* Ensure Best Practices in place at all times in manufacturing.
* Participate with all NPI new product builds before release to manufacturing to ensure smooth transition to mass production and manufacturing readiness.
* Responsible for new line set-up as well as process specification documentation (FMEA/Control Plan) for NPI/Manufacturing in order to fulfill Quality System Requirements.
* To study on product design and to translate to engineering/manufacturing know-how in manufacturing.
* To communicate proactively with NPI Dept on technical requirements and translating to production and engineering implementation in manufacturing process.
* Come out with mechanical designs for new jigs and fixtures to support NPI builds.
* Continuously improve current jigs and fixtures for further improvement or yield/quality and ease of product manufacturing.

Requirement:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably specializing in NPI or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.

IV.PROCESS TRAINER-(SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR)

Responsibilities:

* Train operators on process skills to effectively produce desired quality output.
* Conduct certification,recertification,decertification of processes for all direct operators.
* Conduct Blind Test and Job Instruction assessment on a periodic basis for all direct operators.
* Liase with engineers/technicians if training provided by process owners is inadequate for trainer to perform training for operators.
* Ensure filing of training documents are updated and timely.
* Ensure data entry of training records are updated and timely.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): independent, able to communicate, proactive.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

V.Program Executive-(Johor – PTP – Gelang Patah)

Responsibilities:

* Knowledge and experienced in Program Management
* Experienced in Engineering Change (ECO) process

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably specializing in Program Management or equivalent.
* Willing to work at PTP (Gelang Patah)
