Situated in “old Surabaya”‚ this stately Dutch colonial-style compound was built in 1862 and is now a preserved historical site. Previously used as an orphanage managed by the Dutch‚ it was purchased in 1932 by Liem Seeng Tee‚ the founder of Sampoerna‚ with the intent of it being used as Sampoerna’s first major cigarette production facility.

Today‚ the compound is still functioning as a production plant for Indonesia’s most prestigious cigarette‚ Dji Sam Soe. In commemoration of Sampoerna’s 90th anniversary in 2003‚ the central complex has been painstakingly restored and is now open to public. The original central auditorium is now a museum and the east side has been transformed into a unique structure containing a café, a merchandise kiosk and an art gallery. The building on the west side remains the official family residence.

House of Sampoerna is currently accepting applications for the following position:

I.Museum Researcher-(Jawa Timur - Surabaya)

Responsibilities:

* To do research related to museum exhibit & founder in order to complete the information provide & to conserve the exhibit, to develop museum activity & program in order to achieve the goal, to build relation externally & internally in order to collect information, deliver message, & support other museum & HOS activity generally.

Requirements:

* Holding a minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), major in English, Art & Design, History, Anthropology, Architecture.
* Well organized, attentive to details, good communication skill, willing to handle multiple tasks and strive to provide high quality service.
* Independent, adaptable, flexible and able to work in a team environment.
* Computer literacy.
* Good command of English.
* Able to start work within short notice.

II.Asset & Maintenance Team Leader (AMTL)-(Jawa Timur - Surabaya)

Responsibilities:

* Reporting to Supervisor HO Office Support, the incumbent responsible for doing all the process for renovation & maintenance assets, coordinating with related parties to ensure all the asset data accountability and asset controlling and maintenance.

Requirements:

* Holding minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Electrical Engineering;
* Having minimum 2 years experience in maintenance & asset;
* Having good knowledge to maintain alarm, genset, electricity, grounding & lighting protection;
* Willing to travel to all sales area;
* Attention to detail;
* Having good analytical and learning capability, achievement orientation, teamwork and cooperation, customer service orientation;
* Fluent in English both oral and written more preferable;
* Willing to be located in Surabaya – East Java.

III.Supervisor Area Marketing-(Jawa Timur)

Responsibilities:

* To analyze sub-area marketing opportunities, develop and propose sub-area action plan, and manage the execution of small to medium area marketing projects in order to ensure active implementation of selling-out strategy and to support the achievement of business objectives.

Requirements:

* Bachelor Degree from any disciplines, min GPA 2.75;
* Fresh graduate (earned degree max 2 years ago);
* Have not joined the written test for this position within 1 year starting from the date of the last test taken;
* Willing to be placed in all areas of Indonesia;
* Fluent English, oral and written;
* Good level of computer literacy.

IV.Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
The incumbent must ensure effective and efficient distribution activities by monitoring product availability, freshness, visibility, price, and selling out of company products as well as competitors’ within his area / district in order to maintain product competitiveness at Routine Retail Outlet (RRO) level

Requirements:

* Fresh Graduate
* Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) from all education background with min. GPA 2.75
* Year of graduation not less than 2007
* Willing to be relocated to other cities around Indonesia
* Willing to work in field and in challenging situation
* Computer literate
