I.Solution Delivery Engineer – (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Is responsible for pre-installation, configuration, and testing of the solutions deployed. Accordingly, strong technical knowledge and skills in areas such as database usage, network protocols, or Unix familiarity are required.
* Involves the co-ordination of dependencies and constraints between the development, implementation, test, and support teams.
* A customer-oriented role and delivers solutions worldwide.
Requirements:
* Maximum age 35 years old
* Having minimum 2 years of working experience in similar role is a must
* Background from Telecommunication Company is a MUST
- Experience with network and multimedia components in mobile, fixed, or Internet telecommunications environments.
- Experience with Unix (preferably Solaris), including scripting (shell, Perl, Python, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Oracle-specific and/or generic SQL database concepts and operation, including scripting.
- Experience with the protocols used, including TCP/IP, SS7, INAP, CAMEL, MAP, H323, Sigtran (and its related subsets), etc.
- Experience with different stages of software development lifecycles and software development fundamentals.
- Experience with the creation and execution of test strategies, plans, and scripts.
- Knowledge in IN and VAS is a MUST

II.Senior Solution Delivery Engineer – (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Leads and participates in implementations at client sites, including pre-installation, configuration, and testing of the solutions deployed. Accordingly, strong technical knowledge and skills in areas such as database usage, network protocols, or Unix familiarity are required.
* Has more skills and experience than a SDE. Accordingly the SSDE will typically perform project roles including Test Lead and/or Technical Lead; they also participate in pre-sales and requirements definition processes, including customer workshops.
* Involves the co-ordination of dependencies and constraints between the development, implementation, test, and support teams.
* Is a technical expert on products and solution delivery elements.
* Are delivery experts and therefore have a key role to identify and implement practices, skills etc to deliver constant improvement. Quality Assurance, coaching and mentoring form a key part of the SSDE role.
* A customer-oriented role and delivers solutions worldwide.
Requirements:
* Maximum age 39 years old
* Having minimum 3 years of working experience in similar role is a must
* Background from Telecommunication Company is a MUST

III.Project Manager – (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Manages all aspects of a project (project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and procurement)
- Project integration – Activities to integrate various elements of project management.
- Scope – Activities to ascertain that the project includes all the work required and only the work required, to complete the project successfully.
- Time – Activities concerning the timely completion of the project.
- Cost – Planning, estimating, budgeting and controlling costs so that the project is completed within approved budget.
- Quality – Activities involved in assuring that the project will satisfy the objectives for which it was undertaken.
- Human resources – Activities to organize and manage the project team.

- Broad, technology solution based, project management experience and success across a range of projects, organisations and technologies.
- Strongly preferred; certified in one of the mainstream project management certifications; e.g. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince.
- Preferably a member of one of those mainstream project management organisations.
- Preferable experience in the telecommunications sector.

IV.Local Support Engineer – (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Primarily responsible for front line support and maintenance of system components for the Company product range.
* Experienced in software utilisation, and can work independently to analyse problems and implement workarounds through proper observance of Support standards and conventions. The Local Support Engineer must have good communication skills, and will maintain contact with customers and their representatives while diagnosing and fixing faults.
* Also be expected to guide less experienced team members in the processes and support practices used within the Support team.
* Expected to follow the leadership of the Local Support Team Leader or Local Support Manager to executed the assigned tasks, and assisting the customers in running company’s products.
* To assist project teams when time permits to implement company’s solutions. This will include the installation and configuration of hardware and software and the planning and execution of testing and coordinating fault resolutions.
Requirements:
* Maximum age 35 years old
* Having minimum 2 years of working experience in similar role is a must
* Background from Telecommunication Company is a MUST
- Highly skilled (or capable of quickly becoming highly skilled) in operating system ( e.g. SOLARIS, UNIX, Oracle/SQL …) ,
- Preferred experience with protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, INAP, TCAP, H.323, CAMEL, ISUP etc) and potentially a number of the technical tools that used (C, C++, Java).

V.DBA Specialist – (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Design and implementation of the database and associated processes.
* Typically perform project roles including DB dimensioning, configuring and tuning; they can also participate in pre-sales and requirements definitions processes.
* Works with the development team ensuring consistency of database structure across the deployed solutions.
- Provide database associated technical input to pre-sales activities, including participation in customer workshops if appropriate.
- Provide input, where appropriate, to draft releases of the Project Management Plan (PMP) and Statement of Work (SoW) to ensure their accuracy and feasibility.
- Provide input to draft releases of the Solution Description (SD) to ensure its accuracy, testability, and feasibility.
- Lead the preparation and maintenance of all databases and backup/restore Configuration documentation for the solution in accordance with the functionality specified in the SD. This documentation is prepared in consultation with the customer’s business units to ensure consistency and completeness of the deployed solution.
- Participate in the preparation and maintenance of the Implementation Plan for the database components. So ensure accurate delivery as well as provide as-built documentation for each deployment.
- Lead the planning and execution of staging installation, configuration and testing of the databases and backup solutions planned for deployment in accordance with the developed documentation.
- Lead the planning and execution of onsite installation, configuration, and testing of the databases and backup solutions for deployment in the customer’s environment in accordance with the developed documentation.
- Act as the primary DBA interface to the customer and third parties during solution deployment.
- Carry out methodological analysis to ensure quick resolution of DB problems or faults or performance tuning.
- Carry out general DB/Unix administration work on both in-house and customer DB platforms.
Requirements:
* Maximum age 45 years old

* Deep knowledge in ORACLE
- Very strong knowledge of Oracle-specific and/or generic SQL database concepts and operation, including scripting.
- Experience in distributed database management and Cluster environments.
- Experience with Oracle RAC systems and solutions.
- Good knowledge of Oracle Data Guard and Veritas Volume Manager.
- Experience with Unix (preferably Solaris), including scripting (shell, Perl, Python, etc.).
- Strong Oracle administration abilities.
- Good UNIX (Solaris) administration abilities.
- Experience with Oracle backup and recovery solutions.
- Excellent system analysis and database design abilities.
* Knowledge in IN and VAS will be advantage
* Good English oral and written is a MUST
* Willing to travel
* Good attitude
