I.Fix Network and Optical Engineer

Job requirements:

* Graduated from reputable University (D3 or S1 degree), majoring in Electrical Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering / Computer Engineer, with min. cumulative GPA 2.75
* Competence in building, configuring and troubleshooting IP based network
* Familiar with windows XP, Linux/Unix, Router, Switches, firewalls, TCP/IP and related tools such as trace route, snort/sniffer and troubleshooting network related issues
* Very good understanding of Optical Networking, PDH, SDH and DWDM System
* On hands experience in troubleshooting and PC hardware related issues
* Capable to operate Optical Power Meter, Attenuator, BER & Gigabit tester, Optical Spectrum Analyzer, OTDR, and able to do splicing is an advantage
* Having CCNA certificate is preferred

General requirements:

* Minimum Experience 2 years in the same position
* Computer Literate
* Fluency in English
* Able to work under pressure and always put the integrity on the highest level
* Ready to be temporary stationed in any place in Indonesia during project implementation
* Maximum 35 years old for position I-V and 40 years old for position VII-IX
* Proactive, hard working, fast learner, responsible, result and document oriented

II. CME Site Supervisor / Engineer

Job requirements:

* Graduated from reputable University (D3 or S1 degree), majoring in Civil Engineer, with min. cumulative GPA 2.75
* Experience in supervising field CME construction work for BTS Tower roll out within a very tight schedule
* Certification on Tower works, safety, etc is an advantage
* Ready to be temporary stationed in any place in Indonesia during project implementation

General requirements:

III.PROJECT COORDINATOR / PROJECT MANAGER

Job requirements:

* Graduated from reputable University (D3 or S1 degree)
* Maximum 40 years old
* Minimum Experience 2 years in the same position
* Proven experience in managing Telecommunication and/or Electrical Projects
* Strong analytical skill, project planning, controlling and evaluating based on S curve, MS project, or related tools
* Holding PMP certificate is an advantage
* Able to speak mandarin is an advantage
* Ready to prove the ability in managing project in the most effective and efficient way based on KPI (on schedule, on scope, on budget)

General requirements:

IV. Sales Executive (Account Manager)

Job requirements:

* Graduated from reputable University (D3 or S1 degree) with min. cumulative GPA 2.75
* Maximum 40 years old
* Very strong network with Cellular Operators, Technology vendors, Government owned or Private owned Electric Energy provider or main contractor
* Have own car and driving license are preferred
* Have a good sales track record within the last 3 years
* Able to speak mandarin is an advantage
* Proactive, hard working, fast learner, responsible, result and document oriented

General requirements:

V.Supply Chain Manager

Job requirements:

* Graduated from reputable University (D3 or S1 degree)
* Maximum 40 years old.
* Minimum Experience 2 years in the same position
* Having good and proven knowledge and skill to manage orders from preparation, delivery, warehouse management, and proper documentation in an ERP controlled environment
* Having strong network with transporter / forwarder (land / sea / air mot), domestic and international
* Proven experience in dealing with critical delivery order with tight SLA
* Proactive, hard working, fast learner, responsible, result and document oriented

General requirements:

VI.BTS / Microwave Team Leader

Job requirements:

* Technical High School / Senior High School graduate with average mark on certificate 7.0
* Competence in:
a. Installation BTS and/or microwave radio
b. Leading MW installation team with feeder cable or waveguide and
antena dia more than 3.0m
c. Utilizing winch, pulley, ropes and safety equipments

General requirements:

VII. BTS / Microwave Engineer

Job requirements:

* Graduated from reputable University (D3 or S1 degree), majoring in Electrical Engineering / Telecommunication Engineering / Computer Engineer, with min. cumulative GPA 2.75
* Competence in:
a. Testing & commissioning microwave radio (NEC pasolink, Minilink, etc)
b. Testing & commissioning BTS (Huawei)
c. Doing LOS survey and link budget calculation
d. Troubleshooting MW link and re-pointing if necessary
e. Supervising MW installation with waveguide and antenna dia more than 3.0m
f. Utilizing Site Master, power meter, BER tester, SDH Analyzer,
Spectrum analyzer, Frequency scanning tools, etc
