I.Design Engineer Staff – (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor Degree/S1 Technical (Civil or Architecture or Mechanical/Electrical)
* Minimum 2 year experience in Design and Quantity Surveying (civil structure or fit out projects preferable)
* Familiar with AUTO CAD Drawing
* Willing to travel for projects/site visit
* Proficient in English, both oral and written
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

II.Accounting Staff (Contract Based) – (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Having minimum 1 year experience as an accounting.
* Applicants must live around Lippo Karawaci area (Tangerang, Jakarta Barat).
* Contract positions available (6 months).
* Highly proficient in English is must, both written and spoken
* Competent with computer applications (Microsoft-based office, especially Excell)
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

III.HR Junior Project Officer (Freelance) – (Jakarta Raya – Karawaci, Tangerang)

Requirements:

* Objective: to support HRD in providing, developing/creating and updating data regarding HR projects.

* Requirement:
- Willing to work 2 days in a week. Only 2-3 hours after office hours (17:00 until 20:00) or in Saturday
- Will be located in Karawaci, Tangerang.
- Has interest in basic HR system & Workflow
- Demonstrate communication skills including report writing, presentation & discussion including facilitating skills
- Has a passion for driving and managing tasks
- Demonstrate Analytical Skills & Logic
- Demonstrate Advance Level of MS Excel & Power Point.
- Fluent in English (written & verbal)
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

IV.Claim Supervisor (Code: CL) – (Banten – Lippo Karawaci)

Requirements:

* Minimum bachelor degree in Medicine
* Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field, preferably from Insurance industry
* Computer literate (Ms. Office)
* Proficient in English is a must
* Having good logical and analytical thinking
* Having good communication and interpersonal skill skills
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

V.Actuarial Analyst – (Jakarta Raya – Lippo Karawaci)

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Actuarial, Statistic.
* At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably has been finished 2 exams for PAI (the Society of Actuaries of Indonesia) or others actuarial association in others countries.
* Excellent in Prophet Software (Actuarial software)
* Excellent computer skills (Ms Office)
* Highly proficient in English, both written and spoken.
