Our client is one of the foreign banks servicing both the Corporate and Retail clientele base.

To meet the continuously growing and evolving demands of the market, our client seeks to challenge performance-driven professionals to take on this challenging role:

I.Accounting Unit Head – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be expected to:

* Ensure compliance with any new accounting standards which will have impact on the bank’s product, including the relevant accounting treatment;
* Have a deep understanding of PSAK 50-55;
* Responsible in performing continuous review of the existing accounting policies and procedures and provide continuous update and ideas to improve the procedures (if applicable);
* Ensure existing policies and procedures are aligned with local GAAP and Head Office.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.

II.Statutory Reporting Unit Head – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
Under the Finance Department, you will be expected to:

* To ensure that the Bank complies with all regulatory, tax and statutory reporting, i.e: weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual requirements and BI audit;
* To ensure all reports are accurate, within prescribed timelines and that minimal penalty charges by central bank regulators are incurred;
* Undertake periodic reviews of the activities and processes to ensure operational integrity and full reconciliation to the general ledger and other financial reporting systems;
* Provide advice and guidance in relation to the introduction of new products and services by the bank through the consideration of both local regulations plus any other statutory considerations that may be relevant;

Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting or Finance from reputable universities;
* Having experience at least 4-5 years experience in Finance Division and have specific experience on BI Reporting.
* Completion of advanced finance or management courses would be an advantage
* Sound financial analytical skills;
* Able to work well under tight deadlines;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* PC literate, high integrity, risk focus and attention to details;
* Outstanding PC skills on Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and proficiency in written and spoken English;
* Proficient in written and spoken English.

III.Financial Controller – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
This position will oversee the overall activities of Finance and Accounting department. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be expected to:

* Ensure that all transactions are processed precisely and correctly reflected in general ledger and all financial reporting are accurate and within prescribed timelines.
* Maintain general ledger and other financial controls. Undertake periodic reviews of the activities of various departments to ensure operational integrity and full reconciliation of transactional systems to the general ledger and other financial reporting systems.
* Enhance relationship with external auditors/Bank Indonesia for financial and compliance issues within audit timelines.

Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university with majoring in Accounting / Finance
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking Accounting / Auditing
* Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details
* Excellent administration and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrate high service attitude with good analytical, judgment and problem solving skills
* Outstanding PC skills on Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and proficiency in written and spoken English

IV.Warehouse Supervisor – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Penerimaan dan penyimpanan barang – Stock inventory
* Berkoordinasi dengan Asistant Administrasi untuk incoming maupun outgoing deliveries serta delivery status report
* Meangatur pengiriman barang kepada customer (lokal)
* Mengelola inventory agar tersimpat dengan rapi dan teratur
* Bertanggungjawab untuk semua peralatan yang digunakan di warehouse
* Mengawasi pekerjaan operator gudang
* Melakukan Stock Control/Opname secara rutin

Requirements:

* Minimal Diploma dari semua jurusan
* Berpengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di Logisitik dan Warehouse
* Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baiik
* Mampu memimpin dan mengawai para pekerja harian
* Jujur dan loyal
* Lebih disukai apabila mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris
* Memiliki sepeda motor dan SIM C

V.General Manager – Internal Audit – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the CEO, your will be responsible to:

* Ensure financial and operational compliance process
* Develop yearly internal control plan based on the risk.
* Provide consulting services to management or to department that would trigger operational/process improvements and business growth;
* Develop Objective and Scope for each assignment.
* Communicate the result of each assignment in term of the presentation to the auditee and get the management comments.
* Responsible for issuing an internal control report and distribute the copies to related management.
* Evaluate internal control team member’s performance on regular basis.

Requirements:

* To best-fit, you must present a university degree earned from prestigious local/overseas universities
* At least seven (7) years of experience (last 3 years as a Manager) gained from the Fast Moving Consumer Goods organization involving extensive distribution operations/network.
