PT Bhakti Investama Tbk, one of the largest investment companies throughout Indonesia, owning business activities which cover a wide array and various business sectors, among others the sectors of Financial Services, Multimedia and Broadcasting and Information Technology and Investment Portfolios is currently seeking for visionary, high integrity, and persistent people to fill the following positions as :

I.Head of Compliance – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will be responsible in various organization function such as Human Resources, Internal Audit, Legal and implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).

Requirements:

* Minimum 8 years experience in Financial Industries and preferably 5 years served as Compliance Head in Small Medium Enterprise (SME).
* Holds minimum Bachelor/Master degree in any major, preferably majoring in Law, Management or Business Administration.
* Has excellent knowledge in local, regional, and international investment market.
* Fluent in English, both oral and written, especially in presentation situation
* Computer literate, especially in Windows, Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point) and Internet
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking
* Have good leadership, team building, customer orientation, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
* High integrity and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
* Hold CFA/CRM/ ChFC certification will be strongly advantages.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

II.Head Of Online Broking (E-Trading) – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement all marketing and promotional efforts in order to establish strong brand equity (e – trading) and achieve financial goals;
* Develop related marketing & communication tools to create products awareness
* Develop strategic and execution to increase sales volume.

Requirements:

* Minimum 8 years experience in Sales or Marketing of investments products in which preferably 5 years served as Sales & Marketing Manager in Securities Company
* Have experience in building and maintaining brand image, product launching and marketing campaign
* Holds minimum bachelor/master degree in any major, preferably majoring in Marketing
* Has excellent knowledge in local, regional, and international investment market.
* Fluent in English, both oral and written, especially in presentation situation
* Computer literate, especially in Windows, Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point) and Internet
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking
* Have good leadership, team building, customer orientation, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
* High integrity and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
* Has Broker-Dealer Representatives License (WPPE) from Bapepam.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

III.Marketing Officer (for Sharia Mutual Fund) – (Bali, Jakarta Raya, Jawa Barat, Jawa Timur, Sulawesi Selatan)

Responsibilities:

* Introduce company’s investment products (mutual funds) to customers, especially sharia mutual funds products
* Visit regularly to existing customers to maintain good relation
* Handling customers complaints related to company’ s product

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing, Communication, or Public Relation.
* Male/Female, max. age 30 years old. Females wearing head scarfs are encouraged to apply.
* Min. 2 years experience in the same position, preferably from Securities or Asset management Company
* Have WAPERD license will be an advantage
* Computer literate – Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & Power Point), and Internet
* Hard worker, self motivated, fast learner, highly initiative, and creative.
* Good appearance, analytical, communication (selling & negotiation skill), and interpersonal skill.
* Willing to work based on targets and achievement
* Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
* Preferred language(s): Chinese, English
* 10 Full-Time positions available.
