Gramedia Printing Group is the largest publication printer in Indonesia.
We print national and international newspapers, magazines, books as well as promotional materials.
Since, we will expand our services to packaging company and to South East Asia by 2010.
We are urgently seeking highly qualified candidates for the following positions:

I.Sales Packaging Manager (SPM) – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible to develop and implements sales and marekting strategies for sales packaging growth and actively explore business opportunities and expand packaging market share

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of sales manager experience in packaging manufacturing company
* Business and customer oriented with wide networking experience
* Good interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
* Strong in leadership skills

II.Packaging / Printing Account Executive (PAE) – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible to propose, acquire and maintain orders (books, newspaper, magazines, promotional materials and packaging)

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years experience in business-to-business sales or marketing for packaging / printing company
* Business and customer oriented with wide networking experience
* Target oriented, excellent persuasive skills, attractive personality, sociable and good analytical thinking

III.Research & Product Development Officer (RPD) – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible to conduct reserach and analyze potential market, design and develop new product (printing/packaging), business activities and expansion market.

Requirements:

* Good conceptual and analytical thinking
* Minimum 2 years experience in similiar position (preferable in the same industry)
* Bachelor or Graduate Degree in any discipline (Economical Business and Industrial Engineering is preferred)

IV.HRD Manager – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible to develop strategic policies in three funtions of Recruitment, Training and Organization Development and Talent Management

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years experience in similiar position
* Good in Planning & Evaluation, Problem Solving and Decision Making
* Good in Communication skill, Conceptual & Analytical thingking
* Strong leadership skills

V.Production Packaging Manager – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible to ensure the effectiveness, effeciency and adaptability of the Manufacturing / Operations activities within the company, to maintain high standarts of manufacturing operations, product quality, reliability and safety and to ensure product and service conformance to customer requirements.

Requirements:

* At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Production Manager in packaging manufacturing company is required
* Strong in technical and process manufacturing (product knowledge) understanding of packaging manufacturing
* Well understanding of ISO 9001:2008, Six Sigma, 5R and Balance Score Card
* Strong in leadeship skills
