Our Client, a Leading Mining Company in Papua, urgently requires the following position:

I.Senior Engineer, Power System Performance Analyst – (Papua)

Responsibilities:

* Main Responsibility
- Responsible to supervise, analyze and execute the implementation of the system and technical performance for all company systems and equipments.
- Develop measurement plan and projection, tracking and monitoring the process and analyze the system performance of equipments for data historical collection in propose to provide accurate and adequate reports to the Management relate to the equipment performance.
- This job scope is not limited on electrical aspect only but also to provide information for a mechanical and instrumentation aspects for an economic reliability.

Requirements:

* Qualification:
- Possesses S1 Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience related to technical system performance and analytical aspects of electrical or/and mechanical or/and instrumentation performance management or an equivalent combination of education and experience or
- Possesses D3 Polytechnic degree with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience related to technical system performance and analytical aspects of electrical or/and mechanical or/and instrumentation performance management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of either electrical, mechanical or/and instrumentation utility performance analysis and a sound understanding of the technical aspects of a utility.
- Have experience in power plant is preferred.
- Behavioral – ability to work collaboratively with a multicultural team in order to complete project objectives.
- Independent authority – ability to act with minimal direction.
- Adaptable / resilient – able to work effectively within partnering arrangements, and/or new processes or cultures.
- Client Focused – ability to listen to and address client needs.
- Leadership – strong interpersonal skills to move issues, and solutions forward.
- Initiates action promptly to accomplish objectives (being proactive).
- Work ethic – ability to perform under pressure and continue to deliver high quality results in key performance areas.
- Computer knowledge and skills not limited on hardware but also software to support
- performance and analysis for electrical, mechanical and/or instrumentation disciplines
- Good and Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both writing and speaking.

II.Electrical / Instrument Designer – (Papua)

Requirements:

* Senior Technical High School or Diploma degree
* At least has 3 (Three) years experience in Design Electrical / Instrument drawing
* Has experience in Mining Industry, Oil & Gas and Major Construction Projects
* Should has software ability of AutoCAD or drawing software
* Language proficiency verbal and written English

III.Engineer, System & Metering – (Papua)

Responsibilities:

* Main Responsibility:
- Provide an analyzes of electrical power protection system, test and calibrates on protection relay and metering.
- Direction of the activities associated with electrical protection system and metering maintenance.
- Indentifies tools and equipment specification and any other electrical aspect of the facility and work together with other group in order to optimize system reliability, effectiveness and efficiency in safe manner.

Requirements:

* Qualifiction:
- Possesses S1 degree in Electrical Engineering with 4 years experience of related experience in electrical power system, electrical power control system, progressive technical and supervisory experiences or
- Academic background (D3) with 6 years of related experience related experience in electrical power system, electrical power control system, and progressive technical and supervisory experiences.

* Requirements:
- Has in-depth knowledge of electrical protection system, metering and control system.
- Has an ability work with electrical drawing and control diagram.
- Have experience in power plant is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good behavior.
- Familiar in operating computer and its software applications.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardize situation.
- Good and fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English both speaking and writing.
