We are currently recruiting for a prestigious jewelry design and manufacturing company based in South East Asia.

I.Capacity Development Manager – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Managing internal business activities to support Modern Channel sales team
* To support Modern Channel (Modern Trade and On Premise) sales team with relevant functional capabilities and development to perform optimally.
- Develop and implement capability development strategy for modern channel team
- Work together with respective functional managers to
+ assess individual capabilities/competences periodically and develop respective development plan
+ identify training required and manage training schedule accordingly
+ identify on the job project/exposures required, structure and evaluate results
- Contribute to structure sales approach in channels :
+ develop standard sales tool kits
+ develop standard sales training modules (call steps, negotiation, handling objection, etc.)
- Together with functional managers, structure and provide regular on the job sales coaching, evaluate result and recommend action plan

Requirements:

* S1 minimum or MBA level from local or overseas university
* Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia
* Experience & Skills:
- Proven track record in developing structured competence development program for sales team
- Experienced in training and structured on the job coaching in sales
- Experienced in developing toolkits & training modules
- Good understanding and exposures on sales & distribution activities
- Good project management (planning, resource management, monitoring and evaluation) capabilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive effective cross functional collaboration towards producing result
* Essential :
- Min 3 – 4 proven, successful & sustained track record within a Major FMCG company
- Excellent knowledge in people and capability development strategy
* Desirable
- Sales and distribution experience

II.Business Intellegence Architect – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* The BI Architect will work with team of about 5-8ppl
* Analyse client’s current architecture for Business Intelligence / Enterprise data warehouse, develop target architecture, and develop recommended roadmap for implementing the target architecture.

Requirements:

* Senior architect, band 8 or above with strong experience in architecting business intelligence and data warehouse
* BI/Data warehouse experience with Telco required (minimum 2 projects)
* Experience with Telco with large number of subscribers (50 million+) desired
* Knowledge of IBM’s Telco Data Warehouse is required
* Additional advantage if the consultant also have CRM experience.

III.Business Unit Manager – Medical Devices & Diagnostic – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* The Business Unit Manager is responsible to the Vice President – Sales. He/she leads a team composed of Sales Manager, Customer Support Manager, Marketing Support Manager. He ensures that the teams under his/her leadership performs to the level expected of them by the company.

Requirements:

* Male/female
* Bachelor/Master Degree
* Having experience in the same position minimum 3 years
* Age: less than 40.
* Well experienced in Pharma or Medical Devices, Diagnostics industries
* Must be result-oriented with strong customer focus and drive for results
* strong leadership, interpersonal skills, general management and be able to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
* Possess a flexible approach both from a work and decision-making perspective.
* Must have excellent follow-up, coaching, counseling, consulting, oral/written communication, analytical, and problem solving skills.
* Must be proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Power Point.
* Knowledge of SAP Module is preferable.
* Fluent in written and spoken English

IV.National Sales & Marketing Manager – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* The National Sales & Marketing Manager will be report directly to the BOD and will be responsible to achieving the sales target Nationwide and handle 8 branches under his supervision

Requirements:

* Male/female
* Bachelor/Master Degree
* Having experience in the same position minimum 3 years ( at least current position is Regional Sales Manager )
* Well experienced in Consumer Electronic Company ( Local or MNC )
* Must be result-oriented with strong customer focus and drive for results
* Must be proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Power Point.
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Able to Speak Mandarin is Highly recommend
* Have a good & solid networking also Database
* Hands on
