I.Production Technician (Code:PT) – (Banten – Tangerang)

Responsibility:

* Keeping machine efficiency, shrinkage and quality following to the target.
* Working as technical such as alignment, repairing, lubrication and regular maintenance.
* Responsible for preventive maintenances plan.
* Full responsibility for daily process control check and mechanical aspect.
* Keeping stable process and continuous improvement.
* TPM implementation.

Qualification:

* Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering
* Able to communicate in English (Oral and Written) would be advantage.
* At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
* Applicants must be willing to work in Tangerang.

II.Buyer/Purchaser (Code:BP) – (Banten – Tangerang)

Qualification:

* Degree in Mechanical Engineering
* Able to communicate in English (Oral and Written) and German would be advantage.
* Have experience using SAP, Communication, Negotiation skills, Having knowledge of contract law, Technical and project management
* At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Tangerang.

III.Sales Engineer (Code: SE ) – (Banten – Tangerang)

Responsibility:

* Responsible and accountable for the successful PTOI sales, providing Technical Sales and trouble shooting for internal and external customer.
* Conduct training and product update to all internal sales PTOI. Conduct and organize training and product update to all PTOI customers.
* Provide continuous schedule training and product update to OEM Manager.
* Contribute to overall PTOI sales target and achieve specific OEM sales target.
* Develop new OEM and project customers.
* Response to customers’ enquiries related with sales and technical.
* Successfully troubleshooting technical problems on products and projects until case closed.
* Maintained existing customers and achieve satisfied results for customer satisfaction survey.
* Develop Technical support person to acceptable results measured by separate survey.
* Support and assist of OSRAM projects and exhibitions.

Qualification:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Required skill(s): Lamp trouble shooting, Analytical, Communication, Negotiation.
* Required language(s): English, German.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering – Electrical or equivalent.

IV.Sales Controlling (Code:SC) – (Banten – Tangerang)

Responsibility:

* Weekly, monthly sales forecasting & reporting including report for head office in Germany.
* Sales Planning/Budgeting.
* Sales Profitability Analysis.
* Monitor Sales return, cash discount & Receivable settlement.
* Prepare salesman incentive calculation,
* Monitoring and controlling of market communication expenses.
* Improving system and procedure in sales administration

Qualification:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
* Able to communicate in English (Oral and Written) and German would be advantage.
* Have experience using SAP would be advantage.
* Familiar with computer such as Microsoft Excel and have used integrated computer system.
* At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Tangerang.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Sales /Cost Accounting or equivalent.

V.Process Engineer (Code: PE) – (Banten – Tangerang)

Responsibility:

* Support to production lines and sure all process and mechanic parameter implemented properly, performs semi routine moderately complex and activity for development and implementation of process / manufacturing techniques.
* Develop in modifies process formulations, definition of standard processing and handling equipment and methods used in manufacture, fabrication and evaluation of products produced by company.
* Review product requirement with design staff to ensure compability of processing methods, recommends and prepare change addition and modification which will facilitate manufacturing process.

Qualification:

* Diploma or Degree in Engineering
* Excellent in computer such Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Visio.
* Well organized & willing to work in a team.
* Result and process oriented, good analytical skills, hardworking, like.
