I.Programmer Analyst – (Banten)

Responsibilities:

* Together with Business Analyst lead the engagement with customers from initial gathering of solution requirements from customers.
* Analyzing and designing solutions, and presenting solution proposal to assisting the creation of Statement of Work
* Lead the design, testing including write acceptance test plan and integration plan
* Identify the gaps in solution, analyze them and if needed design, develop user interface modules and integrate/test them
* Lead and work together with the software developers as a team

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* More than 4 years experience in full lifecycle Software Development using Java enterprise
* Good understanding of Object Oriented Programming
* Having knowledge of Spring, Tapestry, JSF, Hibernate,Ant, Maven and Socket is a must.
* Having experience in designing and developing an enterprise application is a must.
* Experience with relational database (Oracle, DB2, Mys SQL) is an asset
* Having knowledge of scripting skills and exposures to general software development (VB,.NET, and others) is an asset.
* Good oral and written communication skills in English
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.

II.Java Developer – (Banten)

Responsibilities:

* Develop application or function.
* Perform Code Review
* Perform Unit Test

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Required skills : Java SE, EE or ME and Jasper Report
* Possess good knowledge of Oracle Database, DB2, MtSQL, and Post Gre
* Possess good knowledge of Oracle, web logic, Tomcat and web logic appserver
* Have knowledge of JMS, Socket Programming, Tapestry, Hibernate and Struts will be an advatage
* 6 Full-Time positions available.

III.Senior HR Functional Consultant – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* The job holder will be responsible for providing creative solutions to customer, including: design the architecture, implement, building and deploying the application.
* As part of the knowledge transfer process, delivering the training will part of the roles.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree major in Accounting Computerization from reputable university
- 3-5 years of experience in functional consultant roles with exposure in one of he following software applications: SAP, Oracle, or Billing Systems.
- Posess good knowledge of remuneration, basic accounting and tax art 21calculation
- Familiar with MS Excell and reconcilation
- Excellent communication, presentation and consultative skill are a must.
- Having experience as HR application end-user in industries would be beneficial.
- Excellent English proficiency is a must

IV.Project Manager – (Banten)

Responsibilities:

To manage project execution of Sigma Solution Implementation (including Application system, DRS & IT Outsourcing implementation projects), comprising of following activities:

* Developing sound project plan, including activity plan, quality plan and costing plan
* Managing and monitoring project team members, including internal team members, client team members & other project stakeholders
* Controlling project execution to ensure it meets expected timeframe, budgeted cost consumption & quality plan conformance
* Assisting sales team in opportunity engagement
* Project scope and risk management

Requirements:

* Experienced as Project manager for system implementation projects, involving multiple platform system. Banking industry related experiences is advantage
* Excellent communication, consultative and presentation skills are a must
* Project Management Certified (such as PMP) is an advantage
* Possess good knowledge of System Implementation Methodology

V.Software Process Engineer – (Banten)

Responsibilities:

* To research, develop, and implementation of methodology, software/tools which could help to increase software development process and work product
* To develop software/tools or modify open source software project which can be used to support software development processes
* To deliver training related to Java technology and software/tools

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Min. 1 year experience in software development industry and project management tools
* Min. 1 year experience in Java programming languange
* Familiar with software development tools such as version control (Subversion),
* unit testing (Junit/TestNg), issue tracking (Bugzilla) or related
* Good exposure with software engineering methodology (ISO and CMMI is preferable)
* Familiar with Oracle BI application is preferrable
* Logic & systematic, analytical thinking, striving to detect improvement opportunities
* Experience as trainer/good presentation skill
* Good interpersonal skill, independent, quick learner, team work
* Good communication skill, fluent in English (oral & written)
