I.Process Technology Engineer (PTE) – (Cilegon)

Requirements:

* Degree in Chemical Engineering (S1) from reputable university graduate (fresh graduates are acceptable)
* Good interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
* Good knowledge in basic Chemical Engineering and Process Equipment
* Proficient in English
* Familiar with MS office and other general computer program
* Hard working and able to work under pressure

II.Instrument Technician (INST-IT) – (Cilegon)

Requirements:

* Minimum D3 – Majoring in Electrical Engineering or Physic Engineering, with minimum 2 years working experience – or SLTA, with minimum 5 years working experience
* Working experience as above (to be relevant with education background), Minimum 2 years (D3) or 5 years (S1) of experience in Operating Company (Petrochemical or Petroleum Plants), assigned as Instrument Technician in Maintenance Department structures
* Strong in instrument maintenance practices : Repair electronic devices,
* Strong in performing troubleshooting, calibration and other PM works on Process Measurement & Analysis Devices/Equipment and Process Control Equipment
* Familiar with reporting (troubleshooting, calibration and PM works)
* Strong in instrumentation knowledge : Electronic
* Good Safety knowledge and awareness
* Familiar with MS office and other general computer program
* Good analytical, communication, and strong interpersonal skill
* Hard working, able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime

III.Electrical Engineer (EE) – (Cilegon)

Requirements:

* Engineering Degree (S1) from reputable university, Majoring in Electrical Engineering, with IPK greater than 3.0 of scale 4.0
* Minimum 6 years of experience in Operating Company (Petrochemical or Petroleum Plants) or Power Generation and Distribution Company, assigned as Electrical Engineer in Maintenance Department or Engineering Department Structures
* Preferably holding certification of HAZOP Study and from International Electrical Institution
* Strong in analysing data of plant condition monitoring of electrical equipment and come up with remedial measures thru corrective maintenance and review on PM and maintenance strategy
* Strong in troubleshooting failures on electrical equipment MCC, protection relays, transformers, UPS, induction motors, motor inverters, etc.
* Familiar in selection & design (size) of electrical equipment and calculation on power study : short circuit and calculation setting of protection devices & system control scheme and protection for new or modified plant facilities
* Familiar and able to lead a team in review PM program and interval based on historical records and current circumstances
* Familiar and able to set up upgrading program and strategy for obsolete equipment/devices of electrical (relays, inverters, etc.)
* Familiar and able to set up and control electrical maintenance area of : planning, criticality of equipment / spare parts, KPI (metrics) and audit
* Familiar and able to lead a team to conduct RCFA, RAM & FMEA
* Possess Electrical Engineering expertise and Maintenance Engineering expertise
* Familiar with MS office, CAD tools, Electrical Engineering softwares (Power system study calculation) and CMMS program
* HSE knowledge : Fire and gas, hazardous area classification, environmental aspects-impact, and safety reviews
* Understands general hydrocarbon processing and petrochemical process
* Understands and familiar with Engineering Code and Standards :
- NEC, IEEC and IEC
- API
- NFPA on application of : fire and gas, electrical equipment maintenance, fire water base system and maintenance, hazardous area classification
* Ability to communicate fluently in English and Indonesian, written and spoken

IV.Senior Mechanical Technician (MEC-SMT) – (Cilegon)

Requirements:

* Minimum D3-Majoring in Mechanical Engineering – with 3 years of experience of mechanical maintenance in petrochemical or petroleum plant, or S1-Majoring in Mechanical Engineering – Fresh Graduate
* Working experience as above (to be relevant with education background), and strongly preferred to have working experience in the field of plant maintenance, or engineering background subject/specialty will be preferable)
* Strong in mechanical maintenance practices : Assembly-disassembly, Plant Equipment Functions, machine elements, measurement tools, special tools, engineering material selection
* Strong in mechanical engineering knowledge : Plant maintenance & reliability concepts, major plant machinery maintenance, statutory inspection, energy conversion
* Familiar with electrical engineering standards
* Good Safety knowledge and awareness
* Familiar with MS office and other general computer program
* Good analytical, communication, and strong interpersonal skill
* Hard working, able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime

V.Mechanical Engineer (MEC-ENG) – (Cilegon)

Requirements:

* Engineering Degree (S1) Majoring in Mechanical Engineering, with IPK greater than 2.75 of scale 4.0
* Minimum 6 years of experience in Operating Company (Petrochemical or Petroleum Plants), assigned as Rotating/Mechanical Engineer in Maintenance Department, or Engineering Department structures
* Preferably holding certification of Rotating Equipment Condition Monitoring and HAZOP Study
* Strong in analysing data of plant condition monitoring and come up with remedial measures thru corrective maintenance and review on PM and maintenance strategy
* Strong in troubleshooting failures on mechanical equipment / systems
* Familiar and able to lead a team in review PM program and interval based on historical records and current circumstances
* Familiar and able to set up and control corrosion prevention program including inspection and outsource strategy
* Familiar and able to set up and control mechanical maintenance area of : planning, criticality of equipment / spare parts, KPI (metrics) and audit
* Proficiency in selection and design of mechanical equipment (rotating & static), piping (hydraulic & strength) and safeguard/protection system for new or modified plant facilities
* Familiar and able to lead a team to conduct RCFA, RAM & FMEA
* Possess Rotating Equipment expertise, Mechanical Engineering expertise and Maintenance Engineering expertise
* Familiar with MS office and CMMS program
* HSE knowledge : Fire and gas, hazardous area classification, environmental aspects-impact, and safety reviews
* Understands general hydrocarbon processing and petrochemical process
* Understands and familiar with Engineering Code and Standards :
- API on application of : rotating equipment (design, operating and maintenance), valve, piping and static equipment inspection codes
- ASME on application of : boiler, pressure vessel, piping and pipelines
- NFPA on application of : fire water base system and maintenance, and hazardous area classification
* Ability to communicate fluently in English and Indonesian, written and spoken
* Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and other general computer program
