I.COST ACCOUNTANT-(Riau - Lobam-Bintan)

Responsibilities:

* Inventory Management; creates production order and posts materials consumed
* Performs warehousing operations including receiving, putting away, transfers, picking and shipping of inventories in the system
* Prepares Inventory journals such as item journal, BOM journal, Physical Inventory Journal, Inventory Revaluation Journal, etc.
* Monitors Inventory level and projected item availability in Navision

Requirements:

* Degree in Accountancy or ACCA certified
* Minimum of 2-3 years experience from a manufacturing company and preferably with audit background
* Excellent computer skills, knowledge in Navision (ERP Software)
* Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills; possess initiative and able to handle pressure and tight deadlines
* A team player who is hands-on & meticulous in work and willing to learn and work beyond job scope when necessary

II.ELECTRICAL ENGINEER-(Riau)

Responsibilities:

* Prepare electrical assembly instruction such as electrical wiring, component layout, etc
* Liaising with production supervisor/ engineer for product scheduling and flow to fulfill export schedule
* Improve electrical assembly process in order to reduce waste and increase efficiency
* Supervise electrical QC process and provide a better test procedures
* Troubleshoot electrical problem and provide fast solution and prevention action

Requirements:

* Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, majoring in Power or Control
* Familiar in AutoCAD, proge cad and /or other similar software
* Knowledge in IEC-61010,TUV, UL,ISO9001,ISO 14000
* Good attitude and communication skill
* Able to draw single line drawing
* Have good knowledge in AC motors, relays, electronic ballast, EMC, electrical safety standard, etc.
* Knowledge in UL (Underwriter’s Laboratories) 61010-1 standard and EMC standard will be an advantage
* Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
* Good command in written/spoken Indonesian, English
* Innovative, resourceful and able to work independently
* Self-motivated, strong initiative and effective communication
* Willingness and ability to work in a cross functional team environment
* Willing to be relocated to Bintan Island

III.MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER-(Riau - Lobam-Bintan)

Responsibilities:
About the Job:

We have outstanding career opportunities for experienced Mechanical Design Engineers in our growing product development team. This position offers rewarding technical challenge for a team-oriented problem solver who will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You must have proven mechanical engineering design skills with extensive experience in sheet metal design.

* Deliver innovative mechanical designs for laboratory equipment.
* Create piece part and assembly level CAD models, drawings and design specifications. Apply Six Sigma design principles to ensure robustness and Design for Manufacturability.
* Plan, schedule and manage mechanical project deliverables in a coordinated, multi-disciplinary project team environment. Responsible for all mechanical aspects of each project from design through to release to tooling and manufacturing.
* Ensure the integrity of all mechanical design outputs, including documentation, revision control, product regulatory testing and approvals, intellectual property opportunities, etc.
* Coordinate with other functions outside of R&D including production, product management, outside agencies, vendors, etc.
* Perform or direct tasks in support of new product development efforts such as drafting, literature, research, prototype fabrication, experiments, testing, etc. Assist in budget and resource forecasting for departmental activities and technical projects.

Requirements:

* Degree holders. Masters preferred.
* Minimum of 2-3 year’s of hands-on experience designing mechanical components and assemblies.
* Proven experience with 3D CAD tools, preferably with Vertex. Must be able to create parts, multi-component assemblies and dimensioned drawings to company standards. Strong ability with geometric and dimensional tolerance analysis, tolerance stack-up and tolerance optimization.
* Strong background in materials, production fabrication techniques and processes including sheet metal processing, other background in injection molding, die-casting and machining will be an advantage.
* Prior experience in a product development team environment is required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability in documenting technical work to make the complex simple.
* A team player that can build effective relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
* Emphasis will be placed on candidates who have demonstrated success in taking similar products through the complete design cycle.
* Good command of spoken and written English. Chinese will be an advantage.

IV.TECHNICAL WRITER-(Riau)

Responsibilities:

* Learn products well and translate technical details of products into simple, easy to understand product literature for delivery to customers.
* Prepare copy-drafts (text) for brochures, user manuals and press/product releases.
* Design and create product literature, edit, layout, insert copy and standardize literature according to companyâ€™s corporate image.
* Prepare rough drafts for review by staff or distributors before closing out the literature production process by sending it for print.

Requirements:

* Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent command of the English language
* Observant and resourceful
* Pro-active, systematic and meticulous
* Proficiency in desktop publishing tools, in particular Adobe InDesign
* Applicants should be motivated with a strong desire to learn and able to work in a dynamic and knowledge-driven work environment.

V.Embedded System Designer/ Firmware Engineer-(Riau)

Responsibilities:

* Design and Customize Firmwares for Micro controllers.
* Schematic Design / Modification.
* PCB Layout Design / Modification.
* Test Current Embedded Systems (Electronics) and propose improvements / modifications.

Requirements:

* Graduate BE Electronics / Computer Systems.
* Basic Understanding of Digital Electronics.
* Understanding of programming in C / C++ programming.
* Good Analytical Skills.
* Preferably have been involved in some electronic based student projects during the academia.
* Eagerness to learn Technologies / Design Skills / Testing Skills / Suggesting Improvements.
* Should have interest in Embedded Systems and Electronics.
* Should have the stamina to work hard and late hours to meet deadlines.
* Able to adapt as a good team player.
* 2-3 experience preferred but fresh qualified graduates are invited to apply.
