I.Payroll Officer

Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible to perform payroll activities and its related administration activities.

Requirements:

* Male, Max 27-30 years old.
* Minimum bachelor degree majoring accounting
* Minimum 2-4 year experience as payroll staff
* Good comprehension in Jamsostek, Taxation (PPh 21)
* Computer Literate for data analysis purposes (especially Barcode System and MS Excel)
* Good communication skills in English
* Experiences for payroll software will be an advantage.

II.EDP Engineer

Requirement:

* Fresh graduate and Masters Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering from reputable university (ITB/ITS/UI/Trisakti)
* Able to work individually and as a team work.
* Willing to learn new knowledge and work overtime.
* Highly self-motivated, initiative, team-oriented and discipline.
* Willing to work in regional office and overseas area

III.A/R Accountant

Responsibilities:

* Good understanding in general accounting such as accruals, prepayment, fixed assets accounting, stock accounting, journal entries.
* To individually manage backup documents from project sites and prepare invoices based on contracts.
* Responsible for data entry of AR sales and payments.
* Ability to educate/train site administrators in invoicing procedure.
* Ability to follow up with clients on receivables on time.
* Ability to prepare weekly aging statements and reconciliation with general ledger.

Qualifications:

* Female, age range 27 - 35 years old.
* A university degree with specializing in accounting and finance.
* Knowledge in contracts will be added advantage.
* 3 - 5 years experience in Accounting and Financial Department, especially in service sector. Preferably working under tight deadline schedules.
* Good management and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels. Good command of spoken and written English is essential.
* Good soft skills such as MS-Excel, MS-Office familiar with integrated accounting software.

IV.Temporary Accounting Staff

Requirement

* Female, max 30 years old
* Bachelor degree (S1) Accounting from reputable university
* Good in English and computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email)
* Min 1-2 years experience in the same position
* Motivated individual and able to work in various team.
* Hard worker, responsible, honest, and ready to work under target
