I.INANCE MANAGER ( FM )
General Qualifications :
* Mature, Team Player and strong leadership skills.
* Honest, dilligent, careful and thorough personality
* English Proficiency is mandatory.
* Good Computer Skills.
Specific Qualifications :
* University Degree accounting, Max 40 years old, Min 10 years experience in accounting.
Responsible for :
* Record and compile summaries of company’s financial transactions for management purpose.
* Supervise full set of account ( A/P, A/R, Inventory, Fixed Asset, Purchase, Tax, GL account, etc, )
* Assist in the analysis of financial statement and year end closing/ audit.
* Conduct cyclical and annual stocktaking
II.PROCUREMENT STAFF ( PS )
General Qualifications :
* Mature, Team Player and strong leadership skills.
* Honest, dilligent, careful and thorough personality
* English Proficiency is mandatory.
* Good Computer Skills.
Specific Qualifications :
* Diploma 3 / Industrial/ Chemicals/ Mechanical Engineering, Max 35 years old.
* Min 3 years in purchasing Chemicals products, Machinery & Sparepart, and other general items.
* Have strong Planning, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a good problem solving , able to work independently & in team.
III.PROCUREMENT MANAGER ( PM )
General Qualifications :
* Mature, Team Player and strong leadership skills.
* Honest, dilligent, careful and thorough personality
* English Proficiency is mandatory.
* Good Computer Skills.
Specific Qualifications :
* S1 Management/ Industrial/ Chemicals/ Mechanical Engineering, Max 40 years old.
* Have min. 5 years in purchasing Chemicals products, Machinery & Sparepart, and other general part.
* Have strong planning, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a good problem solving capability and, able to work independently as well as in team work .
* English is a must, Mandarin is highly advantageous.
Responsible for leading the procurement operations, starting from purchasing planning, supplier sourcing, negotiating supplier contracts, ensuring on-time incoming material up to conducting supplier evaluations.
