PT. LIFUNG INDONESIA HAS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING:

I.GARMENT – QUALITY ASSURANCE (CODE : G - QA)

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* Strong QA / QC knowledge and inspection skill.
* Communicate with factories for improvement on quality and workmanship to meet on time production.
* Understand customer requirements, communicate and coordinate between factories and merchandising team.
* Assist Manager to supervise and arrange manpower for production inspection to ensure inspection are conducted within required time frame.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Male / Female, College graduate.
* 4 – 5 years (for QA) and 5 – 7 years (for Sr. QA) working experience in both woven and knits garment (preferably from buying agent company), emphasized on sweater with technical skill.
* Good command of verbal and written English is a must.
* Effective use of MS Word, Excel and Power Point is required.

II.GARMENT – MERCHANDISE MANAGER (CODE : G-MM)

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* Establish and enhance long-term business relationships with customers through provision of quality customer service to maximize business growth.
* Supervise team’s merchandising activities in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
* Provide advice and suggestions on product design to meet customers’ buying objectives.
* Supervise the team to enhance service delivery and operation efficiency.
* Build and maintain a strong vendor network for product development and production.
* Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor’s degree.
* Over 10 years of working experience in Garment Merchandising (buying office), with 3 – 6 years in managerial level.
* Working knowledge of costing, negotiation, market trends, product development & safety, key materials, vendor network, production plan/process, QA/compliance, shipping and trading practices.
* Strong competence in effective interpersonal skills and communication, in customer focus, and in meeting Quality and Timeliness standards required for the job.
* Good in planning and organizing, making firm decision, yet be flexible and perform in a team work.
* Good command of verbal and written English is a must.
* Effective use of MS Word, Excel and Power Point is required.
