I.Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

* Education Min S1, Major in Chemical Engineering from reputable university
* Sex : Male or Female
* Age : Max 35 years old
* Domicile : Jabodetabek
* Having at least 3 (three) years work experience in similar position.
* Knowledge in Food, Pharmaceutical & Cosmetic environment will be an additional advantage
* English: fluent both written and spoken
* Proficiency with Process Description, P&ID, flow calculation, heat transfer, flow equipment
* Familiar with Microsoft office, Microsoft project, AutoCAD, Process Design Software (hysys)
* Good individual and analytical skill
* Good Communication skill
* Able to work under pressure

Requirements:

* Process Engineer (reporting to Process Design Manager)
* To ensure process design in accordance to International standard or customer requirements,
* Quality of design work within quality, time frame & cost wise
* To check cost estimate, draft P&ID, process description in quotation
* To make sure P&ID, Item list & layout completed

II.Subcontractor Manufacturing Manager

Responsibilities:

* The Subcontractor Manufacturing Manager shall be based in our factory located in Jakarta Timur reporting to Supply Chain Director.
* The role involves negotiations of purchasing agreements/contracts and calls for a strong vendor relations.
* International networking experience will be an advantage.
* Mechanical part and work order planning is an important part of this role.
* The job involves frequent interaction and coordination with other functions such as production, sales, marketing, exim & Subcontractor.
* To find the supplier that is able to meet our requirements in terms of price, quality, and quality of service and security of procurement.
* Implementation or working experience in MS Dynamic/SAP (or similar) environment will be an added advantage.
* Ability to quickly able to adapt and understand the company’s basic purchasing / Export – Import system and procedures.
* Plan, organize, and control procurement activities in assigned business unit(s) and report to Supply Chain Director.
* Conduct detail business analysis, forecasting, and modeling in order to devise innovative approaches to reconcile the gap between user needs, cost efficiency, and supplier performance.
* Organize and control the Buyers and Expeditors in reviewing a wide variety of requisitions and sourcing potential vendors, reviewing bid proposals from vendors and making recommendation; and following up with vendors on goods delivery;
* Evaluate vendors’ performance;
* Ensure that records of purchased items, cost, delivery, performance and inventory are well maintained.

Requirements:

* Education : Min S1
* Major : Technical / Industry /Mechanical Engineering
* From reputable university
* Sex : Male or Female
* Age : Max 35 years old
* Domicile : Jabodetabek
* English: fluent both written and spoken
* Special Skill : English, Computer – ms office, Purchasing experience, Material supply planning, Exim, Inventory, International networking
* Business understanding: Export / import procedure, Contractual terms, familiar in handling export import matters and customs procedure.
* Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing environment. Preferably have exposure in Mechanical part fabrication.
* Others Skill: Business analysis, Break down analysis, Searching & Supplier Audit, Quality, Safety and Health know how
* Industry: Mechanical preferred (knowledge of suppliers and processes), Oil and Gas/ Power/Infrastructure/Energy etc.)
* Strong numerical, analytical ability and business.
* Strong negotiation skills, impact & influence competency.
* Honest, Integrity, Good Working ethics, Good references
* Responsible person
* Hard working
