We plan to implement a SAP-based merchandising system for our hypermarkets/supermarkets in Malaysia and Indonesia and are seeking to appoint Senior Project Managers and SAP (Retail) System Analysts to bolster our implementation teams. Key responsibilities and requirements include

I.SAP (RETAIL) SYSTEM ANALYSTS-(Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* In-depth knowledge of related SAP Retail module(s)
* Experienced in system solution delivery cycle
* Ability to develop system requirement specifications based on business requirements
* Ability to configure related SAP Retail Module(s) and manage system development cycle

Successful candidates must have completed 1-2 successful implementations and preferably have retail experience.

II.SENIOR IT PROJECT MANAGERS-(Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Leading a large implementation team
* Ability to manage all aspects of large scale implementation, include:
* Business Process Design
* Solution Delivery
* Testing & Transition
* Change Management
* Ability to interact on all levels of organization

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

III.STORE AUDIT MANAGER-(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Prepare annual schedule for the Store Audits to be part of the Internal Audit (IA) Plan and break down into monthly staffing schedule in accordance with the IA Plan.
* Determine areas of risk and appraise their significance in relation to operational factors of cost, schedule, and quality. Classify Store Audit as to degree of risk and significance and as to frequency of audit coverage. Review the last Store Audit result/exception at the respective Store, then communicate the focus to the audit team for that Store.
* Develop an appropriate Store Audit procedure and programs to promote effective audit coverage and responsive to management’s needs.
* Monitor Store Audit fieldwork to see that professional standards are maintained in the planning and execution and in the accumulation of evidential data.
* Monitor Store Audit performance covering results improvement, summary result per store, follow-up action plans developed by Store Managers to address findings.
* Monitor Store Audit staff time control sheets, and evaluate actual performance against plan.
* Review the Store Audit result, working paper and all supporting documents and ensure that they are properly indexed and filed.
* Supervise, evaluate and train Store Audit Staff to achieve IA goals effectively and efficiency. Assist in providing trainings to other business units.
* Prepare report of each Store Audit activity, Store Audit performance, job status and summary of critical audit findings and audit recommendations and follow-up actions, in a timely manner.
* Perform other jobs as assigned by the Head of Internal Audit.

Requirements:

* Female
* Gradute at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent from reputable university with min GPA 2.8.
* Professional certification – CPA or CIA, preferred.
* Required language(s): English.
* Having good communication skill & presentation skill
* At least three (3) years audit experience preferably in the retail industry & One (1) year experience in Store Audits
* Audit or Accounting experience in subsidiaries or joint venture multinationals companies.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Finance – Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
* Have strong leadership skills and able to manage and coach audit team.
* Hardworkng, willing to learn, having good analytical skill, used with deadline & preasure.

IV.Repair And Maintenance Manager-(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* To coordinate and ensure that preventive and corrective maintenance for all business Unit (BU) and Consessionaires at Hero, Guardian, Starmart, Giant, Mitra Toko Discount, Distribution Center (DC) Cibitung, Head Office are implemented effectively, economically and on time.

Requirements:

* Male, Min 33 years old
* Preferably having a bachelor or master degree from Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering with at least 5 – 10 years related experience.
* Have a strong negotiation skill with suppliers and have a sound knowledge in Facility Management (FM), operations cost analysis and Total Quality Maintenance Standard (TQMS) and its implementation.
* Ability to handle a team of technicians/contractors, plan, execute and monitor all maintenance related matters.
* Experience in retail industry, prefably with departmental chain stores and fast food chain stores.
* Strong knowledge of building materials and engeneering parts
* Familiar with computer literate (autocad, microsoft office, project)
* English proficiency both oral and written is a must.

V.Compensation & Benefit Manager (Kode: CBM)-(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* With function to implement strategic plans for staff employment by designing accurate manpower planning, providing employees with competitive compensation and benefit packages and running integrated HRIS and payroll system so that employees will perform their best in working and grow up with the company.

Requirements:

* Male, max 35 years old
* Minimum of S1 or bachelor degree from Law, Psychology, Management, Business Administration or other discipline fields
* At least 7 years related experiences working in big industries which have at least 5000 employees with 3 years among them are in managerial level.
* Having helicopter view of HR functions, strong leadership , team work oriented, result oriented, sharp analytical skill, presentation skill, an excellence communications and negotiation skill
* Having knowledge and hands-on practice on modern HR Management of Performance management, compensation & benefit, competency-based HR Management
* English proficiency both oral and written is a must
