We are currently seeking “REGIONAL MANAGER” to join our company.

I.REGIONAL MANAGER

Job Descriptions :

* Selling Mobile Phone & Managing Area Marketing Activity.
* Supervising sales force.
* Maintaining Dealers (Jawa Tengah).
* Planning, Executing and Reviewing Local Sales Program (Jawa Tengah).

To apply for this position you must have :

* Min D3 or S1 of all majors.
* Min 3 years experience in Mobile Phone marketing and sales.
* Maximum 40 years.
* Having strong computer literacy (MS Office).
* Having good analytical and interpersonal communication skills.
* Abel to work in a team as a leader and as a member.
* Result oriented and responsible.
* Self motivated, able to work under minimum supervision.
* Willing to travel.

II.PRODUCT SUPPORT

Job Descriptions :

* Testing new product and giving feedback to the Product Development Team.
* Introducing new products and training sales team about the products.
* Reviewing products on the market and giving feed back to the Product Development Team.

III.Net programmers

Job Descriptions :

We are currently seeking .Net programmers to join our system development team.
Programmers are required to work in small teams to develop an integrated system to support our nationwide business. The system will support sale, logistic, accounting, after sale services and others.

To apply for this position you must have :

* VB.NET Programming and SQL Server skills.
* Crystal Reports experience highly regarded.
* High academic results with minimum GPA 2.80.
* The ability to persist, to investigate and to contribute.
* Able to work with minimal supervision.

IV.EVENT ORGANIZER

Job Descriptions :

* Organizing and executing an exhibition as planned.
* Managing SPG and Front Liner to work during the exhibition.
* Administering and taking data of an exhibition for future analyze.

* Max 35 years.
* Bachelor degree from related background.
* Having 2 – 3 years working experience with related background.
* Having strong competencies in analytical and interpersonal skills.
* Having strong computer literacy.
* Proficient in English, both oral and written.
* Be able to work cooperatively in a team and has strong integrity.
* Willing to travel and working over time.

V.BRAND MANAGER

Job Descriptions :

Basic Responsible in :

* Marketing concept (4P: Product, Price, Place, Promotion)for CROSS Brand
* Brand activity for customer awareness
* Marketing Plan – ATL,BTL,TVC budget and schedule
* Controlling execution All Marketing Plan-Budget
* Provide Press Release for all / each new item
* Reporting to GM Sales & Marketing for all Plan, Budget, Execution and control
* Feed Back to GM Sales & Marketing for all evident, problem, and also next marketing plan
* Provide all design for ATL/BTL and update the new design for ATL/BTL coordinate with designers
* Provide data execution of ATL/BTL (real budget execution)
* Analyze budget vs. feedback, report to GM weekly
* Contact advertising & promotion vendor / agency
* Make Purchase Order to purchasing for marketing activity, approval by GM Sales & Marketing
* Location Survey, Market Survey
* Market intelligent

Supervision :

* Controlling marketing Staff activity
* Review all marketing activity, feed back to staff
* Make module /guidance for marketing strategy/direction for staff
* Regularly brief all staff for integration between ATL-BTL and designer
* Review all staff productivity (result, process, discipline)
