I.Campaign Management Staff – (Banten – Karawaci)

Responsibilities:

* Analyze all direct marketing campaign results.
* Provide post profit and loss analysis.
* Provide campaign review presentation to Sponsors.
* Database segmentation analysis to increase results.
* Work closely with Call Center team in provide campaign analysis.
* Review and analyze marketing cost and expense.
* Maintain busines relationship with Sponsors.
* Organize campaign documents from marketing plan, sales material, memos, campaign results and analysis for future reference and learning.

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent.
* Having at least 3 years working experience in related field.
* Well organized, ability to plan and organize work to achieve results.
* Strong analytical skill.
* High degree of accuracy and detail oriented.
* Ability to pragmatically interpret numbers, results, and trends.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Access to process computer data and to format and generate reports.
* Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

II.Investment Analyst – (Banten)

Requirements:

* Minimum S1 degree majoring in accounting or finance.
* Able to work independently in minimal supervision condition.
* Good English skill in writing or verbal.
* High problem solving skill.
* Creative thinking.
* Diligent and able to work over time.
* Willing to work in Lippo Karawaci Area.

III.Project Manager – (Banten – Karawaci)

Requirements:

* S2 graduates with MBA/MM degree majoring in Finance / Management / Accountancy.
* At least having 3 years working experience in related field in insurance / banking / other financial institutions.
* Good interpersonal relationship with team work attitude.
* Proactive and independent.
* Strong analytical skill.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken

IV.Reporting Accounting Staff – (Banten – Lippo Karawaci)

Requirements:

* Candidate minimum S1 in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Reporting Accounting area or Auditor.
* Willing to work in Lippo Karawaci
* Highly proficient in English is must, both written and spoken
* Competent with computer applications (Microsoft-based office, especially Excell)

V.Marketing Support – (Banten – Karawaci)

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Information System.
* Min. 2 years working experience in finance, accounting, or marketing administration.
* Computer literate.
* Proficient in English.
* Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
* Good analytical skill.
* Strong communication skill.
* Team player.
* Writing skill for marketing letters and promotional materials is advantage.
* Having knowledge of direct marketing or telemarketing is advantage.
