PT Bintan Resort Cakrawala, developer of Bintan Beach International Resort (BBIR) is seeking highly motivated person and team player to fill the following position which will be based at Bintan Resorts, Bintan Island, Kepulauan Riau:

I.Training & Development Executive (TDE) – (Riau)

Responsibilities:

In this fast-moving position, you will manage all internal education efforts. You will conduct needs analysis, develop curriculums and training materials, coordinate training, supervise external trainer, and implement feedback tools. You also will conduct training as required.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree (preferable in Psychology/ English), min 3 yrs experience in adult training, skills in project improvement, min. TOEFL 500 or TOEIC 750. Have passion in training and creative thinking. Background in Hospitality Industry would be an advantage.

Remuneration:

II.Surveyor – (Riau)

Responsibilities:

Conduct survey of field activities to provide appropriate service to construction, design, and other site activities

Requirements:
Male, 24 – 28 years old, STM or Degree Holder in Geodetic, Familiar with computer literate Microsoft Office and Survey Software.

III.Environmental & Health Inspector (EHI) – (Riau)

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine environmental inspection and audit within BBIR area, coordinate different environmental mitigation with Resorts, liaise with governmental agencies regarding environmental issues and supervise waste management activities.

Requirements:
Degree holder in Biology / Environmental Science / Environmental Engineering, 3 yrs experience in environmental auditing. Knowledge in Indonesian and International Environmental Regulations. Knowledge in word processing and spreadsheet applications. Fluent in English.

IV.Resident Engineer – (Riau)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will assist to manage the major civil and infrastructure engineering contracts for Lagoi Bay Development in Bintan ensuring that all works are carried out safely, to contract’s specifications, on schedule and within budget.
Your responsibilities include :

* Supervise construction to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings.
* Accepted work methods and required specifications and quality.
* Monitor and review construction schedules.
* Maintain site records, contract and drawing documents and meet reporting requirements.
* Documentation and submission of reports (material on site, progress, technical issues) and certificates (for payments, testings/commissioning and inspections).
* Review shopdrawings, testing procedures and method statements.
* Ensure correct work practices and safety compliances.
* Resolve site matters and handle work co-ordination.
* Liaison with appointed consultants on technical issues, variation works and issuance of payment certification.
* Supervise the required testings and commissioning.
* Verify as-built drawings and conduct inspections for phase and practical completions

Requirements:

* A recognized Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering, with minimum of 5 years relevant experience in construction supervision of large scale civil works project involving bulk earthworks, construction of roads, drainage, water supply, sewerage, power and telecom distribution networks and all other related works.
* Good track record of completed projects.
* Highly committed and success oriented.
* Organised, meticulous, independent and resourceful with a mature personality.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Pro-active individual with good analytical and planning skills.
* Proficient in Autocad software and project planning/scheduling programs (Microsoft Projects/Primavera)‏.
* Effectively bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesian.

V.English Teacher – (Riau)

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experiences from Reputable University and have a passion in people development, preferably from hospitality background
