Due to our expansion in Cikarang, we invite qualified energetic individual for the following positions:

I.Account Payables Staff (AP) – (Jawa Barat – Cikarang)

Responsibilities:

* Recording all bank receipt & bank payment
* Check and record all incoming invoices
* Check the authorization process
* Reconciliation of payments
* Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
* PA journal entry into system

Requirements:

* D3/S1, max age 30 years old
* 1-2 years accounts payable and general accounting experience
* knowledge of general accounting procedures
* English Active
* Can operate computer and is familiar with MS-office/System
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Communication skills
* Leadership and very good manner person
* Strong character and multitasking person
* Able to work in team/under pressure
* Living in Cikarang or Bekasi area will be an advantage

II.Operation Manager – (Jawa Barat)

Requirements:

* Female/Male, max age 33 years old
* Minimum 3 year experience according to the field
* Has experience in the export – import airfreight and sea freight
* Has good relation with shipping agency
* English Active
* Can operate computer and is familiar with MS-office
* Strong character and multitasking person
* Able to work in team
* Negotiation, co-ordination, organisation, problem solving and personal relationship skill
* Leadership and very good manner person
* Able to work under pressure and extended hours
* Living in Cikarang or Bekasi area will be an advantage

III.Business Analyst – (Jawa Barat – Cikarang)

Responsibilities:

* Communicate with potential client to grab an opportunity of new customer
* Planning and organizing sales call and sales activity
* Planning and executing the prospect management
* Maintain customer and prospect database
* Managing information to capture potential client and assess the feasibility
* Evaluation on potential client / existing client requirements
* Presentation and doing “spin selling” activity
* Evaluation on existing customer profitability, operational aspects, and potential additional services.
* As working party at marketing and sales activities, conduct the feasibility study

Requirements:

* S1/S2, max age 30 years old
* English Active
* Minimum 1 year experience according to the field
* Strong character and multitasking person
* Able to work in team/under pressure
* Living in Cikarang or Bekasi area will be an advantage
* Have a wide network in consumer goods, pharmacy, logistics

IV.Procurement Officer – (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:

* To undertake the tendering, evaluation, placement and monitoring of a portfolio of corporate contracts.
* To assist in the selection of appropriate suppliers and contractors, to promote good procurement practice with due regard to sustainability, ethical purchasing standards and whole life costing.
* To participate in negotiation of contract terms on a range of central contracts and to monitor Performance against these contracts.
* To participate in internal and external meetings, promoting procurement best practice.

Requirements:

* S1/S2, max age 30 years old
* English Active
* Minimum 6 month experience according to the field supervisory level
* Can operate computer and is familiar with MS-office/System/SAP
* Process the purchase orders by liasing with suppliers or principals
* Ensure all purchase are approved within mandated guidelines
* Leadership and very good manner person
* Strong character and multitasking person
* Able to work in team/under pressure
* Living in Cikarang or Bekasi area will be an advantage
