I.Manager FPMR (Finance Reporting Manager) – (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* The incumbent is overall responsible for assisting the manager to manage and handle FPMR function and related activities including preparation of management reports, revised forecast, OB/LRP, review & control actual business results vs. budgets with variance analysis. The incumbent is required to deal with more complex tasks and issues, handle bigger projects and provide guidance to the Financial Analysts in the team.

Requirements:
* Hold Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
* Minimum of 6 years of experience in related fields preferably with an international accounting firm or multinational corporation
* Good understanding of US GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.
* Solid knowledge in budgeting, accounting, taxes, financial analysis, investment analysis and modeling
* Strong command of English language with a focus on both spoken and written Bahasa Indonesian
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint plus good knowledge of Oracle and Hyperion

Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the company’s compensation and benefit programs.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 13 years Human Resource experience
* Have General HR skills with a strong Compensation and Benefit skill
