Is leading automotive componont manufacturer seeking for candidates to fill the following positions:

I.Finance & Accounting Staff

Responsibilities:

* Monitoring the company cashflow
* Cash control and bank reconciliation
* Close supervision of the Accounts Payable
* Close supervision and monitoring of Account Receivable ensuring credit control & monthly collection targets are met
* Liasing with bankers, financial institutions & auditors on all company related matters

Requirements:

* Male / Female max. 30 years old
* Min. S1 Accounting from reputable university
* Relevant experience in Accounting/Tax is an advantage
* Good communication (both orally and writing in English)
* Able to work underpressure and working with less supervision
* Computer literate
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Proactive and results oriented
* Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

II.Legal Officer

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and Review Agreement with Vendor, Customer, Banking (Local & Foreign)
* Prepare and Review Technical Assistancy and Comprehensive Commercial Agreement
* Prepare Legal Opinion for Agreement with Vendor, Customer, Banking, TAA, CCA.
* Prepare and update internal company decree
* Prepare and update legal Permits (Kehakiman, Depnaker, Industrial, Trading, BKPM, Pemda, etc.)
* Prepare Annual Stocksholders General Meeting
* Prepare legal Aspects for New Business

Requirements:

* Male / Female max. 36 years old
* Min. S1 Law from reputable university
* Relevant experience in Corporate Legal is an advantage
* Good communication (both orally and writing in English)
* Able to work underpressure and working with less supervision
* Computer literate
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Proactive and results oriented
* Experienced in Legal min. 1 year

III.Production Supervisor and Engineer

Requirements:

* Male max. 30 years old
* S1 / D3 / Poltek in Technique (Mechanic, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Metallurgy), and Institut Pertanian Bogor are welcome to apply
* Having knowledge in Production Process
* Excellent in using 2D & 3D CAD Soft
* Able to operate CNC Machine & CAM Soft
* Good communication (both orally and writing in English)
* Able to work underpressure and working with less supervision
* Computer literate
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Proactive and results oriented
* Fresh Graduate and Experience are welcome to apply

    saya bahri , ingin menajukan beberapa pertanyaan … tempo hari saya lulus tes d pt pako group . tapi saya mndapat kabar dr hrd. pt pako bahwa saya akan dtempatkan d daerah karawang timur tepat ya pd tggal 15 april 2010 . namun saya harus datang pada tepat waktu pukul 07.00 sedangkan tempat saya tinggal d daerah cilincing. waktu dan jarak saya lalui cukup jauh. saya ingin mengajukan beberapa permohonan agar waktu untuk saya training dalam bekerja bisa di undur agar saya dapat mencari lokasi pt tsb. d daerah karawang timur. terima kasih ahmad bahri kurnia
