At PT Schott Igar Glass, located at Cikarang Bekasi, the Asian Pharmaceutical Packaging Center of the SCHOTT – forma vitrum group, we are looking for the right candidates for the following position:

I.Accounting Staff

Responsibilities:

* Journal recording for account payable from supplier
* Input price from price calculation to Scala program and file the data.
* Updating and checking journal transaction.
* Preparing journal for closing book, which are: Journal Accrued, Work In Process (WIP) List, Provision Inventory List, Provision Inventory List
* File transaction form.
* Prepare monthly report, which are Movement Inventory List, Stock taking Report, List Sales Vs Standard cost (Price Calculation), List Expenses.
* Conduct monthly stock taking through sampling for: Finished Good, Raw Material, Packing, Spare part, Secondary Material, Fixed Asset.

Requirements:

* Minimum diploma or bachelor degree from reputable university, major Accounting / Finance / Management
* Experience 1 years in similar position
* Fluent in English
* Have a good knowledge in Accounting cycle and system
* Computer skills: Ms Office (Excel: advance)
* Detailed and have good logical thinking

II.Incoming Quality Assurance & Laboratory Coordinator

Responsibilities:

* Performs alkali testing for vials and ampoules
* Controlling reagent management in laboratory
* Preparing SOI for working procedures in laboratory
* Handling incoming material inspection
* Performs supplier audit
* Performs qualification and validation for lab instrument and analytical procedure (if necessary)
* Project and other task which given by superior.

Requirements:

* Minimum diploma or bachelor degree from reputable university, major Chemistry / Pharmacy or Biology
* Experience 2 years in laboratory in pharmaceutical company
* Excellent knowledge on International pharmacopoeia
* Having knowledge of ISO 9001 and GMP
* Able to communicate in English
* Computer skills: Ms Office (advance)
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
