We are PT. Senayan Trikarya Sempana (STS), a joint venture company of Kajima Overseas Asia Pte, Ltd and Badan Pengelola Gelora Bung Karno, the developer and operator of Senayan Square, comprising Plaza Senayan, Plaza Senayan Arcadia, Sentral Senayan I & II office towers and Apartemen Plaza Senayan. Sentral Senayan III office is now under construction and further development is planned in the future.

STS seeks applications from suitably qualified persons to join its international management team in the following capacities :

I.Property Leasing Executive – (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

* Female
* 23 – 30 years old
* Local / Overseas bachelor degree in Management / Marketing / Architect / Law or equivalent
* Excellent English (spoken and written) is a must
* At least 1 year relevant experience preferred
* Good computer skills including excel spreadsheets
* Well organized, details conscious, team player, can work under pressure

II.Night Duty Superintendent (NDS / OPS) – (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

* Male
* Age 45-55 years old
* Married
* Minimum diploma 3 holder from any discipline or police background
* Minimum 2 years experience in night duty
* Proportional height, weight and excellent health
* Well groomed, loyal and honest
* Excellent management skill / police skill related

III.Graphic Designer (GD / A&P) – (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

* Male
* Age between 22 – 30 years old
* Single preferably
* Outgoing, dedicated and willing to work long hours
* Local /Overseas D3/S1 degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia field preferred
* Good English (spoken and written)
* Willing to work on holiday

IV.Site Structural Engineer (SE/DCM) – (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

* Male
* Age between 27 – 35 years old
* Hold S1 graduate in Structural / Civil Engineering
* Having experiences minimum 3 years in site supervision for high rise building with background from design and construction management, developer or design consultant
* Skill : Corel draw, Photoshop
* Excellent English (oral and written)
* Proactive, hard-worker, loyal, honest, self-motivated and good team work

V.Site Architect (SA/DCM) – (Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

* Male
* Age between 27 – 35 years old
* S1 graduate in Architecture
* Having experiences minimum 3 years in site supervision for high rise building with background from construction management, developer, design consultant, or general contractor. Excellent in finishing inspection (especially stone and interior)
* Skill : Corel draw, Photoshop
* Good in English (spoken and written)
* Proactive, hard-worker, loyal, honest, self-motivated and good team work
