Key Responsibilities:

* Liaise with clients and personnel regarding warranty claims.
* Assemble warranty handbooks for new machines and compiling warranty reports.
* Taking care and handling all warranty claims admins, paperwork and data entry.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a SMU or STM in any field.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in handling warranty in mining industry.

III.Fields Part Team Lead (Ref no. 255) – (Jakarta Raya)

Key Responsibilities:

* Review & process warehouse transfers.
* Ensure daily warehouse transaction reports are run and any problems investigated and solved.
* Ensure all inventory in area of responsibility is protected from the elements and company investment is maintained.
* Work towards and maintain inventory to achieve zero percent level in discrepancies.
* Maintain and reorder warehouse consumables/equipment on a fortnightly basis.
* Ensure all company safety, environmental and security policies are adhered to.
* Provide leadership with regards to Company’s Safety and Quality Management Systems.
* Ensure that cyclic stock takes are completed at all VHS and consignment warehouses as per company policy.

* Ensure all warehouse records are maintained as required.

* Participate in after hours support roster if required.

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering – Mechanical or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or equivalent.

IV.Program Manager Indonesia (Ref No. 52) – (Jakarta Raya)

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop good relations with the Government, clients and key stakeholders in Indonesia. Work with partners such as governmental agencies, NGOs, political affiliations, and communities.
* Demonstrate leadership in relations with external stakeholders.
* Work with project team leaders as well as the various internal departments.
* Manage in an effective manner the programs in Indonesia by managing the relationship with the Government as well as key national and international stakeholders in Indonesia.

Requirements:
