I.VISUAL MERCHANDISE SUPERVISOR

Appointed person will responsible to manage & control merchandising display activities. He/She also maintaining brand image in display at store in order to support sales growth.

General Requirements

* Graduates minimum bachelor degree with Architecture/Interior Design from reputable university
* Minimum 3 yrs experience in similar industry
* Have a good sense and knowledge in fashion
* Excellent communication skill with all layers of staff
* Able to work with minimum supervisory
* Able to work underpresure and fast pace environment
* Computer literate, especially in Autocad/Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, and 3D
* Creative, Imaginative, Charismatic, Intelligent, Highly motivated, Good interpersonal skill, Good team work, with Good problem solving

II. SALES REPRESENTATIVES SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities
Appointed person will be our representative to respective customer and maintain good relationship to our customer as well as to prospective customer. His/her responsibilities also providing feed back on customer’s point of view and fulfill customer’s needs. Respective person has to inform company’s profile and put product in context, offering solution, fulfilling trend market and performs competitor analysis.

General Requirements

* Graduates minimum bachelor degree on economic from reputable university
* Experienced in conducting market research
* Understanding of Visual Merchandising is a must
* Minimum 3 yrs experience in fashion retail industry
* Excellent in customer relation management
* Able to work underpresure and fast pace environment
* Charismatic, Intelligent, Highly motivated, Good interpersonal skill, Good team work, with Good problem solving

III. STOCK CONTROLLER

Responsibilities
Appointed person will be responsible to monitor product stock in our stores and outlets throughout Indonesia. He/She also responsible to analyze inventory from each store.

General Requirements

* Graduates minimum bachelor degree on economic from reputable university
* Mastery in large amount of data processing and analysis computer program
* Having strong communication skill, negotiation skill, and problem solving skill and building an excellent relationship.
* Able to work with minimum supervisory
* Able to work underpresure and fast pace environment
* Charismatic, Intelligent, Highly motivated, Good interpersonal skill, Good team work, with Good problem solving

IV. MERCHANDISER

Responsibilities
Appointed person will be responsible to provide comprehensive sales, market demand analysis, and inventory planning. He/she also performs distribution strategy for stores and outlets throughout Indonesia.

General Requirements

* Graduates minimum bachelor degree on economic, engineering or other related discipline from reputable university
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Mastery in large amount of data processing and analysis computer program
* Experience in managing and presenting large presentations with supporting documentation
* Understanding of basic business math calculations of Gross Margin, Turn over, and other related business calculation
* Excellent networking in fashion retail industry
* Able to work underpresure and fast pace environment
* Charismatic, Intelligent, Highly motivated, Good interpersonal skill, Good team work, with Good problem solvin
