I.Coordinator Internal Audit – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* To coordinate and to lead Audit operational and credit management to be implemented at least yearly as schedule in Branches / Sub branches and Head Office.
* To coordinate Passive Audit Inspection related to inspection of reports from Branches / Sub Branches such as Financial Statements, Balance Sheet Reports, Profit / Loss, Internal and External Reports (including to Central Bank) to ensure the accuracy and time delivery of report.
* To prepare Audit Report (Passive and Active Reports) to President Director, Commissioners, including Compliance Director and Central Bank.
* To ensure the quality of internal audit practices implementation in Bank as international standards and also internal and external regulations.
* To ensure internal control implemented as regulated to support Risk Management implementation of Bank.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English.
* Preferred language(s): Chinese.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.

II.Internal Audit – (Jawa Timur)

Responsibilities:

* To prepare and implement audit program activities referring to Audit Plan and Schedule.
* To discuss and clarify the audit findings with auditees in unit organizations.
* To prepare Audit Report (Passive And Active Reports) to Head of Internal Audit referring to audit report format.
* To give follow up recommendation based on Audit Findings and potencial risks.
* To monitor the follow up of Audit findings implemented by auditees in unit organizations.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English.
* Preferred language(s): Chinese.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
* 2 Full-Time positions available.

III.IT Developer – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* To develop and design rich Windows-based application using .NET Technology.
* To ensure systematic documentation of all function in the source code.
* To be able to contribute with other peers of programming problem solving.
* Performing application testing (Unit, Integration, Regression, Load, Platform test).

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English.
* Preferred language(s): Chinese.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.

* Good understanding of OOP design methodology.
* Familiar with .NET Framework and API invoking.

* Strong interpersonal skills and highly self motivated.

V.International Banking Division Head – (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

* Authorize export LC authentication.
* Approve examination / verification of exporter documents under LC terms and conditions.
* Attach signature on endorsement on export drafts, and other relevant documents.
* Verify schedule of remittance export.
* Verify import LC opening application filling.
* Check allocation of guarantee deposit subject to the approval of the Board of Directors / Halfsheet.
* Approve journal and voucher of export import transactions, tax, remittanceâ€“ collection foreign exchange.
* Verify LC application filling with telex / mail of import LC before delivered to the correspondence.
* Verify import document of negotiator bank with LC BHI terms and conditions.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English.
* Preferred language(s): Mandarin.
* At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
