I.SHE OFFICER

The qualifications are:

* Min Diploma degree in Occupational Health & Safety from reputable university
* Min. 1 year experience in safety management supervision, risk assessment, safety management implementation, safety program facilitator, and safety program coaching.
* Fluent in English both oral and written.
* Advanced in MS Office.
* Willing to be placed in Pondok Ungu, Bekasi.
* Certified as Safety Expert (Ahli K3 bersertifikat)

Responsibility :

* Developing and maintaining Safety, Health and Environment program;
* Ensuring all the SHE condition comply to the applicable rule and regulation;
* Promoting employee awareness on safety matters through briefing, training and other communication media.

II.HR & GA MANAGER

The qualifications are:

* S1 with min GPA of 3.0.
* Min 5 years of experience in HR, experience in training, development & coaching will be an added advantage.
* Excellent understanding & proven accomplishment in the following HR areas : recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefit, retention and strong knowledge of the Indonesian labour regulation.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proven ability to work effectively with a wide range of diverse people.
* Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
* Positive mind set, highly motivated with strong analytical ability and problem solving skills.

Responsibility :

* Responsible for all HR activities ( recruiting, training and development);
* Responsible for all General Affair role relating to labor affair, legal requirement, hostel and environment;
* Responsible for payroll, jamsostek payment and report, tax report (pph 21) and other activities relating to remuneration, compensation and benefit.
