I.WELDING INSPECTOR
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Posses minimum S1 degree in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Chemical Engineering,
* Ability to read and understand technical specification relating to the construction of pipe support and suspension equipment for Oil & Gas companies, Mining Fertilizers and EPC contractors industries
* Certified welding Inspector NDE level. II,
* Certified Welding Inspector B4T Bandung
* Having good understanding regarding WPS & PQR
* Familiar with standard ASME, AWS, API, etc
* Familiar Quality Management system 2001
* Preferably has an experience in oil and gas company min. 1 years.
* Good interpersonal & motivation.
* Fluency in English both oral & written
* Male, age between 35 – 40 years old,
II.QUALITY ASSISTANT MANAGER
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Posses minimum S1 degree in Mechanical/Metalurgy/Chemical Engineering,
* Ability to read and understand technical specification relating to the construction of pipe
* support and suspension equipment for Oil & Gas companies, Mining Fertilizers and EPC contractors industries
* Recognized welding Inspector, NDE,
* Familiar with standard ASME, AWS, API, etc
* Familiar Quality Management system 2001
* Preferably has an experience in oil and gas company min. 3 years.
* Good interpersonal & motivation.
* Fluency in English both oral & written
* Male, age between 35 – 40 years old,
III.TECHNICAL DOCUMENT WRITER
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Ability to read and understand technical specification relating to the construction of pipe support and suspension equipment for Oil & Gas companies, Mining Fertilizers and EPC contractors industries.
* Ability to read and understanding engineering drawings,
* Have a minimum S1 Degree in Mechanical Eng or Industrial technic from a reputable university,
* Has a basic understanding of ISO 9001 : 2000 and ISO 14000 : 9000,
* Good command of English Language (spoken & written),
* Computer literacy ; Word, excel, Power point, Microsoft Project,
* Able to work under pressure,
* Ability to plan work to meet deadlines,
* Having good analytical thinking,
* Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision,
* Strong communication, personal and inter personal skill,
* Self motivated, high initiative and adaptability.
* Have a minimum of 3 years experience as project adm in steel manufacturing
* Age min. 27
IV.PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR/FOREMEN
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Have a minimum diplomas or S1 Degree in Mechanical Eng, Industrial technic & (Chemical Engineering for Foreman) from a reputable university,
* Ability to read and understand technical specification relating to the construction of pipe support and suspension equipment for Oil & Gas companies, Mining Fertilizers and EPC contractors industries
* Has a basic understanding of ISO 9001 : 2000 and ISO 14000 : 9000,
* Good command of English Language (spoken & written),
* Computer literacy ; Word, excel, Microsoft Project
* Able to work under pressure
* Having good analytical thinking
* Having good knowledge regarding cutting/forming process & welding process
* Having good understanding regarding WPS & PQR
* Having good knowledge regarding production performance report ( Key performance indicator)
* Strong communication, personal and inter personal skill,
* Self motivated, high initiative and adaptablity.
* Have a minimum of 3 years experience in sheet metal process (fabrication).
* Have experience to handle /organized 250 people
* Implemention the Perfomance People Management Appraisal & Competency.
* Male, age between 28 – 35 years old,
V.SALES ENGINEER
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Posses minimum S1 degree in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Chemical Engineering,
* Ability to read and understand technical specification relating to the construction of pipe support and suspension equipment for Oil & Gas companies, Mining Fertilizers and EPC contractors industries
* Familiar in get contacted with the Oil & Gas Companies, Mining, Fertilizers and EPC contractors,
* Good interpersonal & negotiating skills,
* Result oriented, good team player, self-motivated, initiative and able to work under pressure,
* Preferably has experiences in similar position min. 1 years,
* Fluency in English both oral & written.
* Male, age between 28 – 35 years old,
VI.ENGINEER / ESTIMATOR
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Posses University – Mechanical background,
* Ability to read and understand technical specification relating to the construction of pipe support and suspension equipment for Oil & Gas companies, Mining Fertilizers and EPC contractors industries,
* Able to read & provide Engineering Drawing,
* Able to break down assembling drawing to shop drawing,
* Able to calculate Material Take Off from Assembling Drawing,
* Understand and can define Estimation Process for costing,
* Very familiar to auto cad software,
* Fluency in English both oral & written,
* Good interpersonal & motivation,
* Experiences in similar position min. 2 years,
* Male, age Min. 27 years old.
