I.FINANCE MANAGER

R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S :

* To ensure all accounting and financial processes of the company,
* To ensure the capability of the company to fulfill all the short term and long term obligations (ex.: suppliers, Etex Group and shareholders),
* To organise the reporting, all of the accounts (P&L, balance sheet, Capex report…), and to report monthly on time, according to GAP (Indonesia), IFRS and Etex group’s format,
* To provide proper KPI’s analysis for all Managers to review their operational performance, P&L, Cash Flow, Operating Working Capital Performance, Products KPI’s.. Alert on any discrepancy,
* To organize the customer-credit (and report credit) management. Alert on any discrepancy,
* To prepare the treasury forecast,
* To build-up the yearly operations budgets and Capex budget of the company, to follow-up accurately the expenses and alert in case of any difficulty or discrepancy,
* Report to President Director (Expatriate).

R E Q U I R E M E N T S :

* Graduate with a post graduate qualification from a reputable university majoring in Finance & Accounting (ideally MBA or equivalent advanced management program)
* Min. 10 years in a similar position, preferably in PMA
* Female or male
* 35 – 40 years old
* Good knowledge in English, both verbal and in writing
* Strong personality, good communication skills, autonomy and initiative
* Strong Leadership

II.QA/QC ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR

R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S :

* Assisting Laboratory Supervisor to control product quality through : raw material inspection, production process result follows up parameters respect, good quality coordination with production line

R E Q U I R E M E N T S :

* D III or equivalent in chemical engineering
* Min. 5 years in laboratory or production process
* Male or female, age 26 – 30 years old
* Knowledge in English
* Windows, MS Office
