I.Key Account Manager – (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Having experience in key account management
* Understanding on basic category management
* Ability in managing and controlling budgets
* Ability to prepare sales forecast and its implementation
* Knowledgeable in trade promotion activities
* Good leadership skill and has to be able to lead by example
* Ability to operate computer
* High standard written and spoken English
* People oriented
* High level of energy and drive
* Responsible for the development and implementation of the sales strategies to achieve targets
* Accountable for developing customer plan
* Manage trade funds within budget level
* Develop customer business plan
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with the customers
* Ability to lead subordinates
Requirements:
* Hold S1 Degree From Any Discipline
* Minimum 4 Years Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods companies
* Having Market Knowledge
* Experience in Carrefour outlet
* Strong communication skills spoken & Written (English compulsory)
II.Cost Accounting Manager – (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* This position plays a key in the preparation and development of product costing and ensuring that the Plant Cost (standards, IBR’s, Product Costing, Cost Variance and Management Reporting) are accurate and on time for review with the Plant Controller. Hold weekly meetings with Plant Management to discuss production cost, KPI’s and agree on action plans to address issues highlighted.
* The incumbent will be a required to liase with Plant Management team to improve their skill in usage of the cost variance report for effective management of production cost.
Requirements:
* Formal business qualification at least 5 years experience in multinational company at the corporate and country level
* Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and system
* Local Statutory requirement
* Good interpretive and analytical skill
* Good communication, interpersonal and management skill
* Ability to work unsupervised
* PC skills essential
* Ability to lead cross functional teams and deliver against targets
* Flexible to adjust to new information with ease and considering a broad range of alternatives when solving a problem.
* Ability to understand and anticipate key areas of cost and profit exposure and react to drive and implement action plans to address issues
* Good presentation skill
III.TRADE MARKETING MANAGER (General Trade and Modern Trade) – (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for designing (in full adherence with Marketing Strategy), evaluating and implementing the necessary activities to develop the company brands within different distribution channels, with particular focus on areas such as merchandising, promotion and management of commercial co-operation projects between the company, retailers and distributors.
* Participates (under strict supervision of Mktg Dept.) in the design of the promotional materials and maintains contacts with the Key Accounts and DCs, in order to supervise all promotional activities.
* Responsible for management and monitoring of Trade Mktg Investments and initiatives execution.
* For any form of communication directly or indirectly linked to Company/Brand equity works under strict supervision and responsibility of Marketing Dept.
* Is responsible for Sales Force Animation Programs and Actions.
* Is actively participating to specific dedicated trainings to Sales Force.
Requirements:
* Having 5 years previous and recent experience in Commercial and/or Mktg Dept. in FMCG (Multinational Companies).
* Having 2 year minimum recently dedicated to Trade Mktg, Management being based in Jakarta.
* Good local network with relevant external contacts with Key Accounts
* Strong Business sense, pragmatism.
* Organized and determined persistent person.
* Perfectionist and detail oriented. Searching for excellence. Achiever.
* Good and effective communication and negotiation skills, leadership.
* Proactive and Team player.
* Able to promote cross functional effectiveness.

IV.Financial Planning & Reporting Manager – (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Working with all business units to ensure timely and accurate performance results and key financial metrics and KPIs are analyzed.
* Interacting proactively with sales and marketing team, business management, distributors and other finance accounting groups to provide value-added financial consultancy service to the management team.
* Being a key member for various planning and reporting systems, developing and maintaining management reports including process improvement initiatives.
* Providing commercial and financial operational support, demonstrating ability to influence operational management decision-making based on financial factors.
* Ensuring policy and procedures, systems and business processes are adequate and continuously improved to support the high growth demand of the organization.
* Supporting and assisting Finance Controller and participate in special projects as required.
Requirements:
* Hold Bachelor degree in Accounting, finance or related field is a must.
* Finance/Accounting qualification like CPA or ACCA is preferred.
* At least 10 years working experience in multinational companies with demonstrated hands on experience in business operation support and financial planning and analytical functions.
* Strong organization skills and proven ability to work in a high growth and dynamic environment.
* Superb interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to work with all levels in a multinational organization.
* Fluency in English.
* Familiar with US GAAP.
V.Mine Planning Engineer – (Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mining/Geology/Land Surveying)
* Required skill(s): Proficient in land surveying software, open pit mine optimization software and Microsoft Project
* Required language(s): English
* Min 5 years experience working in open cut mining environment, have extensive technical support mining experience with surface mining operations
* Should have a good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
* Preferably specializing in Mining or equivalent
* Willing to be located in remote area
