We are an established company based in Miri, Sarawak, East Malaysia specialising in Interior Designing and Turnkey Project. We are looking for experienced Interior Designers who can handle project doing concept design, detailing and perspective drawings.

I.Interior Designer-(Sarawak – Miri)

Responsibilities:

* Concept planning
* Perspective drawing
* Working drawing / detailing etc.
* Color scheme proposal

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Must have creative flair and able to work independently
* Knowledge of Autocad, Photoshop, 3D max or Coral draw.
* Knowledge of free hand drawn perspective will be advantage.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Miri.
* Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese will be an advantage
* Applicants should be Malaysian, Singaporean, Indian, Filipino, Indonesian, Thai, Vietnamese, Bangladesh citizens or hold relevant residence status.

II.Site Supervisor-(Sarawak – Miri)

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
* Required language(s):English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
* Responsible and able to co-ordinate site matters.
* At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferable skilled carpenter with minium form standard
* Applicants must be willing to work in Miri.
* Full-Time positions available.

III.Account Clerk-(Sarawak – Miri)

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years working experience in Accounting
* Posses at least LCCI / Diploma in Accounting
* Knowledge of UBS Accounting System
* Able to work independently
* Good interpersonal skills

IV.Quantity Surveyor-(Sarawak – Miri)

Responsibilities:

* Taking off / measurement (Structural / Architectural / Civil / ID)
* Prepare B.Q ( Structural / Architectural / Civil / ID)
* Preparing monthly progress claim, VO, quotation, etc
* Prepare & assess sub-con progress claim.
* Prepare project preliminary costing.
* Prepare final account & etc.

Requirements:

* Minimum requirement Degree holder in Q.S / building construction or 5 year(s) of working experience in construction field with Diploma qualification.
* Responsible in pre & post contract stage.
* Capable to work independently with minimum supervision.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Miri.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
* Able to converse in Chinese will be an advantage
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
