I.Fleet Personnel Head (FPH)-(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Handling manpower planning according to Company’s needs.
* Recruiting & selecting ship crews. Managing ship crews placement and rotation. Managing ship crews performance appraisal, promotion, compensation & benefit, payroll. Managing ship crews career path, training need analysis. Preparing company’s gathering and social service.
* Reviewing, administering and enforcing the ISO/ISM procedures and requirements in HR processes.
* Building and maintaining good relationship with university, academy, institution, government for achieving the company’s goal.

Requirements:

* Male with maximum age 40 years old.
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Psychology, Law.
* Required skill(s): Negotiation, Interpersonal, Communication..
* Preferred skill(s): Experienced in shipping/marine.
* Required language(s): English.
* Preferred language(s): Mandarin.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
* Willing to travel.
* Computer Literate.

II.Port Captain (PC)-(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Direct and supervise vessels activity, performance and productivity.
* Manage operations department in a productive, cost effective, and safe manner
* Evaluates conditions of shipboard and scientific deck equipment and directs activities related to their maintenance, repair and installation.
* Identifies and recommends to Ship Operations Manager modifications and improvements in deck equipment, in response to both ship and scientific needs.
* Has primary responsibility for the preparation and conducting of the deck equipment phases to ensure compliance with appropriate regulations and requirements.
* Advises the Ship Operations Manager in a broad range of shipboard and marine practices. Performs other duties as may be assigned.
* Temporary as Captain onboard, to Explain and Transfer the company target to the crew onboard

Requirements:

* Candidate has Marine Certificate Deck Class I
* At least 2 years experiences as a Tanker Master
* Required skill(s): Leadership, Good communication, Negotiation.
* Preferred skill(s): MS Office, experienced in marine or shipping.
* Required language(s): English.
* Preferred language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering – Others or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Willing to travel.

III.Workshop Manager-(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

* To plan and schedule yearly, monthly, weekly and daily workshop activities
* To prepare monthly/annual budget
* To supervise all workshop mechanics and staffs
* To maintain all heavy equiptments & trucks always in a good condition and ready for operation
* To create safety and healthty working environment
* To solve problem in workshop
* To make report and analysis

Requirements:

* Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Automotive)
* Male with age between 30 until 40 years old
* Preferred skill (s) : Experience in workshop H/E and trucking at least 10 years,
* Reguired skill (s) : Strong Leadership, Interpersonal Skill Workshop
* Able to create workshop system and control
* Computer literate
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

IV.Technical Management Trainee (TMT)-(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Ensuring the assigned vessel is maintained in conformity with the provision of relevant rules and regulations & company’s operating system.
* Maintaining budget and monitoring actual ship’s operating costs
* Improvisation of Planned Maintenance System and Preventive measurement
* Occasionally to follow vessel from one to other end in order to train up the ship crew.
* Ensuring corrective action requests and technical issues are resolved appropriately
* Ensuring compliance with the requirement of Flag state/port state/Imo Home trade regulations
* Knowledge in ISO and ISM will be preferred
* Assisting Technical Superintendent as required

Requirements:

* Male with maximum age 30 years old.
* Minimum Marine Engineering/ Shipping Engineering Diploma
* Required language(s): English.
* Preferred language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Computer Literate

V.Technical Superintendent-(Jakarta Raya – Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

* Provides technical ship operational expertise regarding Time Charter Party administration.
* Analyses and reviews the maintenance and repairs reports received whilst the vessels are in operation.
* Reviews the dry docking list before and following each dry-dock period to ensure meets with company requirements.
* Monitors the accuracy of repair specifications during the scheduled repair periods.
* Attends the scheduled repairs to safeguard company interests to ensure they are undertaken to the required standard.
* Attends the post docking review meetings with the ship owners and representatives.
* Maintains a database giving technical historical records regarding equipment failures, fuel consumption and spare parts consumption.
* Responsible for the support of Company Safety, environment and Quality policies and programs.

Requirements:

* Male with maximum age 40 years old.
* Candidate must possess at least a ATT – I (Marine Certificate Engine Class I), Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Marine).
* Required language(s): English.
* Preferred language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Engineering – Chemical or equivalent.
* Strong knowledge in vessel machinery
* Fluently English
* Will may require sail and travel to shipyards, vendor sites, and other locations
* Computer Literate
